| Cassie's Update So of course Amber and I are going to a midnight party tonight which should be tons of fun. She's dressing as Tonks (including the purple hair) and I'm dressing as a random Ravenclaw student. Now I just have to figure out how to get my hands on a copy of the book very soon. | Cassie's Update [SPOILER ALERT] I saw OotP last night at 12:03 a.m. and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. Fred and George leaving was played down a little bit but it is supposed to be all about emo Harry. The R/Hr ship (the good ship) seems more than well represented in this movie <3. Ron has one more book to get it right. There were some really sad parts that didn't seem quite as sad when I read them and Umbridge was definitely enough of a bitch. The music playing when they were in the Department of Mysteries was nifty. Bellatrix Lestrange was amazing... I imagined her more refined in the books but she was deranged as hell in the movie. I'm pretty sure that has a lot to do with the actress though. I didn't like how Dumbledore's Army was betrayed in the movie. The Black family tree was sort of not really explained well and the whole killing halfbreeds wasn't really either. Luna was sooo out there but sweet and loony. I like the actress even though she seemed young. What else? James Potter was a hottie. Dudley and his gang were hilarious.. Emo Harry likes to swing and watch kids that have parents... that was depressing. On a happier note, Rupert Grint can marry me. Anytime, any place. |
