Well hello all...

   It has been awhile since the last post. Many things have been going on: Choir tour, ministry stuff, school(and more school), and life.

   Tour was great! went to Chicago and Michigan. Had lots of good times. We got to stay in many nice homes (remember the hot tub house Brian). And just got to build on and build new relationships...which is always awesome!

   But all in all life has been going pretty well...so yay for that! Im looking forward to finishing school strong, and making plans for the summer. fun fun! O! and I almost forgot...I get the opportunity to spend Easter with Clarence in Detroit, and some other people. It has already proven to be a humbling experience...but I can always grow from that. So yea...super exciting!!

   I love y'all, and have a wonderful and blessed day!

So yea, it's been awhile.....

     Nothing to new to report. School is going well, and i've been getting to my classes pretty well. I've been feeling pretty good, but there is always an occasional day that I feel not so good...it happens. Im stoked about a ministry oportunity! We will see what God has in store for that.

     I'm really at a loss for words tonite. I tried to lay down and sleep earlier, but that didn't work out so well, so here I am. So yea, quote of the week...." God can't heal what you wont reveal"-Clarence Hogan. Good stuff!

Curiostity Killed the cat.....

   Saturday Jan. 28th, 2006. Pepper and Cletus (2 of my cats) are gone. One got ran over, the other, he ran away. And for some odd reason...this really bothers me. Growing up the only child I did gravitate to my kitties for a since of company. a since of coping. They were my siblings....anyway.

  Life is life, and the show must go on. Looking forward to new things coming up. My Deans List apperence, possible new ministry, life, life, and life. Unionville was a good time. Ate, slept, sang, and learned that 5th and 6th grade girls have a funky effect on 5th and 6th grade guys...the joys of growing up. Got to spend quality time with Lauren Ryun...she loves ghost stories!

   I think im just ready for something different. I think we all are. Soon enough, soon enough.....

God, if you are listening.....

   Lately I have been thinking about the good old days. No problems, no preemptive motives, no wondering, and no questioning. I would just bask in the fact of living. No strings attached. I lived, worked, played, and praised. And then it happened...." what are you going to do with your life?" And it began to sink in...the dreaded disease, WORRY.

   It started out small, but like a fire it began to consume my very being, forming a nucleus inside my mind, and began spreading to my heart rapidly. And like a bad disease, it just became something that was circulated into my life. At times I didnt even notice what was happening, but as sure as the sky is blue, I began to change. Questioning, stress, negitivity and even a little bit of bad health started to make its way to the surface. And out of all the acting I've ever done in my life, this act would take the cake....

   I remember the first time the show appeared....I was talking to my mother. She had noticed the changing and became curious. She asked "is everything alright?" I would simply reply "yea Mom, why?", The whole time knowing that something wasn't right, that something, was happening to me.It was the same for all that were close to me. These acts would continue (and still do occasionally) at  several different points in my life.

   Then my heart and head began to have problems of their own. And some of you may not know this about me, but my health has been somewhat at a declining pace for quite awhile, but getting better I believe. I sincerely believe that it is nothing short of a miricle that I am still living now. If you know me well, You know that typing this Is very hard for me, and even now I am becomming a bit emotional typing. But the gravity of my situation calls for it. A part of the healing process I believe.

   People will continue to change their whole life.We will have to deal with things constantly that we are wanting to avoid. But that is where the implications of learning, and the very center of our character is derrived form.....How do we deal with the negative things, and questions about life.So I wonder how you, reader, will deal with your worry. Will u be an actor, a fighter, a person that surrenders that to something greater then you(God), or let it destroy you...cause it can.

   I know that God feels my hurt and pain, because he is a God of love. It is for that and many reasons that I am trying to change. Im tired of acting, and people deserve something real, not something fake. And I will succeed, because I believe! So God, if you are reading this now....Im ready man!!!
