Strengths: Able to turn into Kyuubi form in a split second, and control it perfectly. Extremely fast and knows how to use an enemy’s attacks against them. Also very confident, and is able to cause almost all males’ hearts to melt with no more than an eye-flutter.
Weaknesses: Little upper body strengths in her normal form. Sometimes faints in the middle of training because of starvation. Also very competitive -- will do almost anything to win the heart of a male who won’t worship her.
Fighting Style: When her looks are not usable for peace, she instantly goes to her Giant Kyuubi form. In that form, she will rip, tears to shreds, and then ear anything that gets in her way, as well as crush the remains with her paws or tails. When in her normal form, she will rely heavily on Fire to keep a distance from her enemies, and her speed to run away. Truthfully speaking, her hand-to-hand skills don’t go beyond more than a bit of kicking and some general blocks.

Penelope never knew her mother, and only knew her father until she was seven, and was raised by her brother the rest of her life. Though the two constantly argued, Liartes always protected his little sister. She was the only female he ever respected at all, and was always a bit overprotective of her. Penelope loves her brother dearly, but couldn't help but want to embarrass him all the time.
Penelope is also a fierce fighter; no male has ever bested her in battle, and thus, despite dressing as though she allows all males to pounce her, she's never mated before. Thus no bite mark. Unlike most Kyuubi, she is able to not only transform into her Giant Kyuubi form without any effort, but to control it perfectly. The secret, she claims, comes from the same training system her mother has used long ago.
This perplexes many Kyuubi, because Penelope never knew her mother. Liartes says she found some scrolls when she was younger and learned through them, but whether he's lying or not is yet to be known.
With her brother going after the Drattalys, it is Penelope's duty to take over the throne in his absence. Ironically, she is a better ruler than her brother, forming bonds with dozens of different kingdoms that should be enemies, as well as leading the front in the war and defeating dozens of warriors trying to hurt Kyuubi. She is, by far, a more frightening warrior than her brother; in her Giant Kyuubi form, she simply eats the enemies alive. How she manages this and remains so slender is a total mystery.

Fun Facts:
Despite everything, Penelope named her pet after her brother. 'Liartes': the 'liar' part and was turned into 'Laya'.
She wears no make-up; like her mother, the pink on her eyes is tattooed. Her lips are naturally pink, and her cheeks always rosy, making more than a few Kyuubi boys interested in her.
Unlike everyone else in the empire, Penelope believes that her brother will find the Drattalys.
Penelope is the fiercest female fighter in all the Fire Continent.

Hair: Wavy and red; bangs hide the right side of his face, and the rest reaches to the middle of his back.
Markings: Only six tails (Kyuubi normally have nine.)

Best Qualities: Great fighter, pretty good leader, confident
Worst Qualities: Respect issues, sees women as inferior
Strengths: Physically strong, good at intimidation, fairly talented at Fire Magic, good his his upper body. Is able to use his six tails as six extra limbs of defense, and sometimes for offense.
Weaknesses: Overconfident and stubborn; if his attack doesn't work, he won't change his strategy. Bad with his legs and relies heavily on his tails -- if they are all frozen, he will die from the inability to gain body heat. Rather slow and has an overly sensitive nose.
Fighting Style: He uses his six tails as extra limbs of defense to block kicks and even punched, while his arms go in for a punch to the body. When he cannot get close to an opponent, he uses his claws and sends his fire though them, throwing one half while usually keeping the other in a half or tail. He relies heavily on brute force and would rather attack than bother defending himself, and would much rather knock an arm away than flow with it to stop the person. Plain fighting style is closest to Karate.

Liartes was the prince of the Kyuubi Kingdom in the Fire Continent on Raito. His parents both died when he was young; his father died in a war, and his mother died after giving birth to his little sister. After that, he took over rule of the empire, and got a lot of land for the Fire Continent on the Dark Empire's side. True, he was a very vain ruler and won many women for himself in battle, always thinking that Kyuubi were superior to every other race out there. But, the kyuubi could never defeat one race; the Elves. Because of this, the Kyuubi began to doubt Liartes' power, especially because, unlike the rest of them, he only had six tails. Normal Kyuubi had nine, and having less meant a Kyuubi wasn't at their top strength, meaning Liartes is unable to transform into his Giant Kyuubi form.
And because of this, the workers in his own palace decided to make a deal behind Liartes' back. They agreed to have their prince marry one of their three princesses, or find the Drattalys; a stone over which most of the wars began. But, the stone was considered a myth now, so everyone assumed Liartes would have no choice but to agree to marry one of the girls, and leave the Kyuubi empire for the Elven one. Liartes surprised them by going for the stone instead, and at his sister's suggestion, using only a six month time limit to find it in.

Fun Facts:
Despite having sex with so many random Kyuubi, Liartes had always taken pre-cautions to make sure none of them got pregnant.
Despite being a sexist, Liartes is very protective of his baby sister and hurts anything ten-fold what they ever do to Penelope -- but then makes sure no one tells her he did so.
Liartes is unable to get sick with normal diseases because of how warm his body temperature is; it kills off all bacteria, and few viruses are able to replicate inside of his cells.
There is nothing wrong with his eye -- he only covers it because his father had done so as well.
