| Classes have started. They're good save one where I have a short Chinese professor who can barely speak English and is very strict. My audio productions class is awesome. Finally getting to take a class I have interest in. Been bouldering as usual. That is never dull. Been to the parkway a lot too. As well as waterfall jumping which is such a rush. New Life is going to be so good this year. We've only met once and it already is. We have so many new freshmen which is great. God is really moving on this campus.

| Let's see . . .
So I've been spending the last week in Boone. I love it. I have no plans at all going into a day, but I always end up doing something fun. My day starts around 10:30 or 11 when I wake up, then I just chill at the apartment until either someone calls me or I call someone and we go do something that afternoon and oftentimes till the wee hours of the morning. Usually, I go to the parkway for some hiking or climbing. Oh yea. . . I got new climbing shoes and they're pretty sweet. Sometimes I just go over to someone else's apartment, usually Matt and Seth's or Kerri and Katie's and hang out. Last night we had a birthday party that ended up turning into a fort building escapade and an all night vigil waiting for Matt to return from Arkansas. And tomorrow I'm going to the church to help out with recording. So it's been a great last week and a half. School starts Tuesday, which isn't gonna be too fun, although with school brings my friends who aren't already here. So I guess it's not too bad. But I like not having anything to do. Especially after being 6 weeks at camp where you're life is laid out in a detailed schedule signified by the ringing of the bell.
Ok. Bed time. Gotta get up and do some recording in the morning.

| I'm back after a month of absence.
Camp was nothing short of amazing. It was so much fun. The hours were long, the pay was low, the exhaustion was high, but it was definately worth it. It confirmed something I thought I knew but wasn't 100% sure. I absolutely love and adore kids. Overall it was a great experience. All but one of the counselors goes to ASU so we'll be able to hang out. And they're all fun people. There's not enough that can be said about how fun working at Camp Evergreen was or how awesome it was just to hang around 9-12 year olds all summer and how fun it was to act like a kid again.
On to other things. I moved into my apartment in Boone August 3, but I am currently at home. I had things to do this weekend. Actually, I'm only home for another hour or two before I head off to Boone for the school year. This year is going to be awesome. I'm living with 3 great guys and New Life is going to be incredible. Only a couple of more weeks to go!
Can you dig it?

| So I'm back at home for the next four days on break from camp. The camp is closed the week of the fourth of July. I have had to most amazing time there. The hours are long, the work is exhausting, the pay is minimal, but it is definately worth it. To know that I have impacted these kids for Christ is awesome. The other day in canoeing all the girls swamped my canoe with all my clothes on and it looked like I went swimming when I really didn't. I love kids.
