Green Day to star in punk documentary
'One Nine Nine Four' chronicles 1990s punk scene

Green Day, Bad Religion and Blink 182 are among the bands that will appear in a forthcoming documentary about the punk rock music scene in the 1990s.
Australian independent production company Robot Academy Films is producing the film, 'One Nine Nine Four', which is slated for a 2008 release.
The two filmmakers have been residing in Los Angeles
conducting interviews and collecting archival footage of the bands
before heading back to Australia next month to complete the editing
process, according to PunkNews.org.
The film will be narrated by skateboarding legend Tony Hawk, and will also feature bands including Rancid, The Offspring, Lagwagon and NOFX.

I'm pretty excited about it. I can't wait for that to come out. And I hope it does come out in 2008, because apparently it's taking American Idiot the Movie a long time to release, and I want to see the movie goddammit!!

So, i hope you all had a wonderful merry christmas to those of you who celebrate it. and i wish you all a happy new year while i'm at it.
As for Green Day news go, i'm sure you know of the whole Billie Joe and U2 status (click for youtube video). How about Green Day wanting to stop oil addiction? Yeah, it's true. Also, another Grammy Award. And i hope you heard about Reprise releasing a re-release of 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours and Kerplunk! the date to release went from december to january 9.
are you gonna get it or do you already own them?
Ohhhh, and who could forget the feuds. Brandon Flowers of The Killers gets offended and says Green Day is un-american by releasing Bullet In A Bible and recording it in England. But the two most recent is the douche who claims he wrote the entire album of American Idiot and then we have late-speaking Noel Gallagher of Oasis saying Green Day ripped off of them with Wonderwall.
But here's some info on the next Green Day album...
So, after the release of American Idiot (2004), the new album is most likely going to be released in 2008. So what are they doing now, you ask? Of course, they're with family during the holidays, i hope. But musically and recording-wise? So far they've worked on songs and have enough to make it into 3 albums.

Is it me or is xanga so last year? everyone's on freakin myspace and it's freakin pissin me off. this girl asked me today if i had a myspace, and i said i had one for 5 minutes, then i deleted it. she said it was a bummer and that i should make one to "fit in". i told her i don't need to "fit in" and that xanga kicks myspace in the shin for fun.
