An important feature of postmodernism is the incompleteness and slight inaccuracy of any definition.  There will always be exceptions. "Post"-modernism is a break from the idealistic belief that man's reason was going to be the tool to provide understanding and mastery over the human predicament.  There was a general trust in progress, academia, and enlightenment.  Postmodernism is a splattering of mixed beliefs that might be better described as an attitude of skepticism or ambivalence to the big picture, and an openness to experience and emotion in addition to or in replacement of reason.

Yes.  Particularly when one focuses on relationship and faith.  The biggest problem is that postmodernism is skeptical of universal truth, so being a postmodern Christian might territorialize or relativize the absolute truth claims of the previous generations--but like I said, postmodernism is a broad spectrum, and some bandwidths still accept Truth in a general sense.

I would ask the question: Why?  Why be a Christian and a postmodern?
