I've been thinking the past few weeks about abandoning this Xanga account and starting over. The name "UnderHisCollar" is no longer me, I no longer live in the Domination/Submission sex world, I no longer live that lifestyle and it is no longer apart of who I am as a person. I have little to know ties with that now, I feel like I'm a different person.
As I'm typing this I am thinking more and more about letting go of this name and moving forward to something new.
Of course I'll alert everyone and give links ect, I don't want to lose connection with my buddies!

My weekend was GREAT.
We had a nice drive up, listened to music and sung for the full four hour drive to reno. When we got there we checked in, unpacked and hung out for a little while, made dinner reservations at Sterlings (fancy place) in the casino and then Jaime decided he couldn't wait any longer to go look at the ferrets so we drove to the first Petco.
When we walked into the petco the first thing we saw were all white ferrets (which we didn't want) and then found another cage that had only two coloured ferrets in it. One was passed out asleep and pretty small and the other was running and jumping like it was crazy, and was a little larger, we instantly liked the smaller one.
When we started to handle the larger awake ferret the smaller one woke up, walked right up the glass where Jaime was standing and put her fact RIGHT against the glass and kept nuzzling the glass, we picked her up and she was just all over us and we knew that was the one.
We name is Ruby (as planned) she is only 9 weeks old, a light brown with a soft brown raccoon mask. We had to put her on hold since we couldn't have her at the hotel, the women was so nice about it, we have all her adoption papers, now I jsut need to find a Vet that will treat her (since she is illegel in CA).
Once back at the hotel we had some time to kill so he wanted to go do a little gambeling, we were down at the black jack table and I noticed they weren't carding him, so I threw a chips down just to see if they would bother to ask me and sure enough they didn't, so even though I am only 20 I gambled and I won $200! I was excited lol.
Dinner was AMAZING, I had seared shark on a bed of baby greens with an orange vinaigrette and Jaime had a steak with prawns and garlic mashed potatoes. And we both had a glass of wine (which he didn't even finish). We laughed and talked for a few hours at dinner, it was nice, and he said something to me and that has never said before, and it stuck in my head, he told me I was his best friend, maybe it was always a given, but he said it to me out loud, and that meant a lot.
Things are going well again between us. He was proud of himself for only having a glass of wine that whole weekend, and I was too.
Saturday rolled around and we gambled a little more, did some shopping, a little sight seeing and then headed off to pick up our new baby for the LONG car ride home. They were nice enough to give us 5 extra boxes so when she soiled one we had a clean one to put her in. She slept most of the way, but started to get a little restless come hour 3 of the drive.
That night I would swear Jaime just has his first child, it was like watching a new protective daddy. It was pretty cute. He was feeding her and when she went to the bath room he actaully called me over and was like "look look, she used the litter box all by herself" and omg I was just in stitches watching him.
I'll post pictures of her and our trip tomorrow.

The new addition to our family is perfect. I think we made a wise choice to get a ferret. it fits out needs and personalities, give us an opportunity to have a pet we can love and play with but also keep caged (and safe) when we aren't at home. They are jsut so darn cute! and smart lol.
