brent, the drummer, i love drummers! so hot!

jeff, the manager of monster energy. we got hooked up!
i had so much fun at the vans warped tour. i've been meaning to go since '97, but i was always on vacation when the tour was held in san francisco. good experience with jaxs and abby, jax's little sister. there were a few bad things that happened at the warped tour, but in the end we came out with free stuff and back stage passes and lots of autographs!

| my mom fixed my car window!!!
the back passenger window didn't want to go up. i had my friends try to help me pull it up, but it didn't budge.
so i went home this weekend and my mom was really worried for me that my window was wide open. she was afraid that ppl could steal things or even jump into the car. so she went outside and was wigglying the window back and forth and all of a sudden the window started to roll up.
THANK YOU MOM!! i shouldnt underestimate my mother.

| reminder to everyone
please remember to drink plenty of water. on thursday at work, i experienced the worst feeling ever. HEAT EXHAUSTION:
Heat Exhaustion
Although partly due to exhaustion -- and feeling like exhaustion, as the name implies -- heat exhaustion is also a result of excessive heat and dehydration. The signs of heat exhaustion include paleness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fainting, and a moderately increased temperature (101-102 degrees F) which, in this case, is not truly a fever, but caused by the heat. Rest and water may help in mild heat exhaustion, and ice packs and a cool environment (with a fan blowing at the child) may also help. More severely exhausted patients may need IV fluids, especially if vomiting keeps them from drinking enough.
i thought i had plenty of water in my system but i guess i was wrong. i always tell my students to drink plenty of water! i was so busy making sure they were hydrated that i forgot about myself. turned out i threw up in front of my students, oo their faces, they were so shocked. my wonderful co worker took care of me. i didnt keep anything down, not even water.
so my co worker took me to the ER. i was hooked up to an IV and got some drugs to help my nausea. my co worker and i were in the ER from midnight til 4am in the morning. looks like we were not going to work the next day. what an experience, of course there were some funnies during our time in the ER. | | |
