| So.... after all of the crap I got from ppl for not commenting I thought I would post again. i went to the FOB and AAR concert which was friekin sweet... i even got a skar on my chin!!! I got kicked in the face by someone. yeah.... i quit OBC this saturaday because i got a job at Women's Only Workout... which is on Chicago Drive and Wilson, so if you are interested.... come get a membership.... ummmm.....
i went to a griffens game which was tons of fun, and then out to each at TGI fridays on alpine which i dont recommend because the service was crappy. hang on. i am now with my good friend kerry whom i love tremondously. my friend jordan had his appendix taken out sunday, which is not cool because i had mine taken out when i was in the 5th grade, and it hurt like crazy.
anyways, sorry it took me so long to post again, you know me, i am not a big fan of posting. nothing too exciting has been happening in life in general, but life is good. alll i can say is i am so flippin ready for summer, let me tell ya. ready to hit the beach and chill-ax. | | |
| Hey! I'm back to add another entry at the request of some friends! lol So, New Year's was a trip....and I loved every second of it. Nuff said. My birthday was so awesome, I can't even get over it!! We all went bowling of course, and everyone showed up! I even got goldfish from kerri. Unfortuneatley they died after like 4 days. I'm not sure what I did, but it's ok cuz kerri got me another one! So, I have been going out to the movies like every other day lately. It's so funny, after work ppl r just like let's go see a movie so we do! I love it! Yup, and I met this great guy about a week and a half ago. His name is dan and he is the sweetest guy I think I have ever met! The sad thing is that we just started to get toknow eachother and he has left for Iraq. I can't believe it. He is in the infantry in the army and this is his second time going over there. I miss him so much! He calls everyday when he can, but that won't last for long once his missions start. I think I'm just going to take this relationship slow. I figure if we can make it through being apart for 7 months, then there is nothing that we can't make it through! I met his family and they are amamzing. He has got 3 little sisters that r beautiful and I look forward to hanging out with them over the next few months! Well, I figure I should stop now...I don't mean to gush..well maybe a little! lol On a side note the Pistons won last night!!! It was a close game. Not that I keep up with sports, cuz really I don't. I just happened to tune in last night. AAHHH and I went out and bought tickets to the Fall Out Boy concert! I am so PuMpEd!! It will be amazing! Just thought I would share! | So....It's been a crazy long time since I've posted. A lot has happened, but nothing I would like to put on here!! Sorry! It's hard to believe that the semester is almost over already! | It's Thursday!!!!! Going bowling tonight out at Lincoln Lanes. Should be fun, we do this every Thursday night now. Halloween is coming up and I haven't even thought about it much. I think I might go to a costume party with my girl Sandra from work. What should I dress up as???? I need some awesome ideas! At Old Country all the staff get's to dress up all day Monday. I think it's gonna be so funny! Anyway, Tom graduates from the marine boot camp this weekend!! I am so proud of him and I miss him a ton...tear :(
He'll be home Sunday though and I can't wait to see him!!!:) Well, I went to a jazz concert a GRCC the other night and it was so sweet. I never really thought that I was into jazz, but it's pretty cool! We had to go for extra credit in our music listening class. I think if they have another performance I'll just go for the fun of it! I brought my dad with me and one of the jazz groups sang a blues version of Route 66 and my dad was dancing in his seat and clapping along!!! lol He is a blast! After the show I went out to Lansing with my friend Mary to go swing dancing at MSU. That was amazing!!! I met so many nice people and I even learned a little east coast swing! I didn't get home till like 1 am. It was worth it though! | | |
| I know it's been forever and a day since the last time I have posted. What can I say I have been busy!! School has been great. Just the other day I had to write a personal essay for my english class and I did a really good job on it. We get it handed back sometime this week so I can't wait to see what grade I got on it! I see so many people that I know at CC and I have made a ton of new friends! The other night I went out to the Margarita Grill with some friends and it was so fun! Sometimes you just have to have a night ouit with the girls! My friend Suzi's dad just came home from Afganistan on leave and so I went to hang with them last night. It was so nice to see him again. He has always been like a second dad to me. He brought back all this cool stuff, and I got a necklace and a sweet scarf that the women over there wear. This morning in church we had some missionaries come and speak to us and it was so interresting to hear about the different cultures and how the word og God is being spread over there. So anyway I hope that everyone is pleased that I posted again. It will prolly be another good couple of months before it happens again! Oh, I forgot to share...I went and got a pedicure a few weeks ago and it was so relaxing! I just loved it! How come no one told me that it was such a blast?! Hey, have any of u ever seen this movie Diary of a mad black woman? It is so funny, I think everyone should watch it!! Ok...so I'm done now...fo sho!!!(I'm such a dork!!) | | |
