Most of you know this already, but for some this may be a shock and I'm sorry if this is the way you find out about this. I wanted to make this post because to be completely honest...I don't think I can handle making anymore phone calls...and I'm afraid that maybe I forgot someone that needs to know. So this is the best way I could think of to let people know.

Yesterday. Sunday, October 29th my sister Rachel passed away. I don't want to get into details on here, you can message me if you want to know details. But I wanted to ask everyone to pray for my family. The calling hours are scheduled and the funeral arrangements are made. Again, if you want to know details, message me.

Right now...we just need prayer.

 Hey yall So in the past three nights I have been up until 2 a.m. every night doing homework...Em and I decided that somehow - God should allow us to do homework while we sleep. THAT would be nice...

I haven't had to work the past two days - which is amazing because if I DID have to work - there is no way I would be getting any sleep at all!

Our volleyball team is kicking butt...oh yes - we are in the top 8 out of like 30 teams Woohoo! It's tournys so we've gotten past the first two rounds, two more games to win to get to the championships!

I went to Joe's today. Pretty much it was the best time I've had all week. When I got there he gave me a picture he drew for me - its pretty much amazing:

We worked on my presentation board most of the day...well - he worked on it most of the time because he was drawing the characters for me. I sat and read little kids books to his nephew Tyler Seriously, Joe's nephews are absolutely adorable! Tyler hung out with us for a good hour or so before his mom took him back home. He's a very cute kid  

Well the end result of our like 4 hours of work is this:

If you don't know, the mouse is the mouse from "If you give a mouse a cookie" and the pig is from "If you give a pig a party." I think it turned out rather nicely

Well tomorrow is a full day like usual.

Intro to Early Childhood Education - 12:40-1:40
Music in the Western World - 1:50-2:50
Biology Lab - 3:00-5:10
Dinner - 5:15-5:50
Small Group - 6:00-7:15ish
Possibly concert in Thorne - 7:15-8:15ish
Volleyball game - 8:30

Volleyball game - 10:00

So basically...tomorrow is shot. Time to get some shut eye so I can at least SURVIVE tomorrow. Toodles

   It's been a long week. I am so drained. I have to work tonight from 3:30-9:00, after that my plan is to come back here, get a little bit of work done, go to bed early...and sleep in until like 12.

I just confirmed that I am going to be working in the nursery at New Life on sunday mornings. I'm excited about that I love kids...anyone who knows me knows that they are extremely important to me. It'll definitely be a great experience

Ashley Hickman and I had a bit of fun with my camera yesterday...I was all dressed up so I asked her to take A picture of me - A = 1...well it turned into a little more than that - but it was good times

I'm so looking forward to having a life next week. I don't have to work tuesday, wednesday, or thursday...so I actually get to have a bit of fun!

Chapel today was amazing. The worship pretty much gave me the "tingles" the entire time. I missed chapels so much over the summer and ever since I came back to school it just hasn't been the same...but today was like Wow - I'm back

My weekend went by WAY too fast! I slept in until 12 on saturday which has been unheard of since I came school - and then I did some homework before going to work. After work I went to one of the most amazing places to go on the weekends - Wagon - I LOVE that place! It always makes my week

Church on sunday was really good. Pastor Troy talked about The Stewardship of Shame. Basically he kept driving home the point that if we are currently living in a life of shame we need to not only ask God to fix our lives but to CHANGE our lives so that we will never have to live in that shame again.

I have SO much work to do this week. I thought last week was bad, but when I got to looking at my schedule for this week and next week and all the homework I have to do. Papers, Tests, Presentations, etc...I kinda flipped out a little bit. I noticed it in the middle of Biology today and my professor thought I was freaking out over the assignment we are to do in that class and he was like "It's OK Becka, it won't be too bad" I'm like ehh...you have no idea.

I have to work today....well every day this week except for wednesday and thursday. Which will be  nice because I can use wednesday to study for my two tests on thursday. But yea, my thursday is going to be crazy - like it is every week I suppose. Schedule fo this week?

Monday  -- Class from 9:10-12:30; Work from 3:00-8:30; Meeting with Ry and Justin at 9:00-?
Tuesday -- Class from 11:30-2:50; Work from 5:00-10:00
Wednesday -- Class from 8:00-12:30; A NIGHT FILLED WITH HOMEWORK
Thursday -- Test in testing center at 10:20; Class from 11:30-1:40; Test in Music in the Western World at 1:50; Lab from 3:00-5:10; Diversity Seminar from 6:00-8:00; Small group meeting at some point, accountability meeting at some point....
Friday -- Class from 8:00-12:30; Work from 3:30-9:00
Saturday -- Work from 1:00-6:30; Wagon from 9:00-1:15
