| Pho'cked UpPho tonight tasted delicious, but at the end of the meal I felt terrible. I don't know what happened, I got a hot flash as if I was suddenly going to faint and I had to fight the urge to throw up for a couple hours. Not pleasant.

| That's What Journals Are ForI wish I had recorded the number of crunches I was doing in a night back when I was actually doing crunches. I have a feeling it was somewhere around 360 in three sets, but that's just an educated guess. Now I won't know if/when I hit my new high (granted it won't be for some time, considering I just started again). Considering I did 180 tonight, I think I'll be able to scale up to 360 pretty quickly.
Also, I hit my goal of 100 pushups in a row...exactly twice. A mere week after doing it the first time, I was only able to do 86. Then two nights later, 74. Very sad. So, to ensure a proper 100 pushup maintenance schedule, I'm going to do the exact same 10 week plan that boosted me from 40 to 100...with 25 pounds on my back. I attempted 30 pounds tonight and I was so very close to being able to do the first night. Alas, close is not good enough, so I must reduce it by 5 pounds. Victory shall be mine.
And now for something completely different: I think I'm really interested in someone again. It could be a tricky catch though (even harder than 100 pushups in a row), but I'll give it my all.

| New Years ResolutionImagine if you could only change yourself once a year. People gradually change every day in the slightest ways, but what if you were the exact same for 365 days and all of a sudden you got to change drastically for the next year? You'd have to think long and hard about what you wish to be and what you don't want to be. I guess that's the way people treat the new year, without realizing that they don't need a new year to change.
