| Yesterday (Tuesday): Smoothie
Today (Wednesday): 2 Ventti Non-fat Cinnamin Dolce Lattes from Starbucks
Got church tonight so if I eat with everyone afterwords I'll have two scrambled eggs and grits but thats it. God help me refuse the damned english muffin.
Are the Lattes ok to have? I know coffee is asiasi but the lattes have milk in them...should I switch to something else when I want coffee? |

| Last monday: Smoothie (Smoothie King Angel Food No sugar No honey with diet down) workout: 20 min running, arms, and back Last Tuesday: Cheerios (140) and Smoothie Last Wednesday: Smoothie and (my bad) eggs, grits, english muffin workout: 20 min runnin, arms, legs, abs Last Thursday: Smoothie Last Friday: Smoothie Saturday: (went home and was with boy friend) Spegetti, sonic ice cream (shit) Sunday: (church get together and all day with boyfrined) Lots of fucking shit that i'm to embarrased to write Monday: Smoothie workout: 20 min running, arms, lat Tuesday: (so far) Smoothie
So yeah deffinently seeing a difference already even with tthe horrible food I ate this weekend. The boy and I fooled around a little bit and he said I was losing wieght too. So its nice to know that I'm not going crazy and that my tummy is actually looking better. Lost five pounds since Christmas so I'm back at my norm. I want to lose another 15-20 and I'll do it to.
