| Things are awesome here. The Garland just spoke for a week and it was amaz-za-zing! i love you shannon;-D...
So, as many of you know, my AMAZING husband and i celebrated our one year anniversary on June 23rd. One WONDERFUL year of marriage. To God be the glory. But for all you who said we couldn't make it, you were outstandingly wrong. God is very good.
i have to brag on my man though. We were sitting in the front of the GTAC (with about 550 other people) on our anniversary which was on the opening night of week 3. They were in the middle of all the rules when jamie gower said that a special couple was doing rule 3 and then "Broken Road" (our wedding song) started playing as dennis pulled me up on stage. The lights went dim and i turned around (as the lights came back up) to this massive bouquet of roses and babies breath. Then denj kissed me... yup, i adore my man. | | |

Counselors and STCers who were prayed for during staff week got saved during our staff campfire.
Camp is officially up and running here at Word of Life Florida!
Denny and i are doing very very well. We absolutely LOVE our jobs and are still praying for positions for the fall. Our one year anniversary is on the 23rd! Yup, if the first year really is the hardest year of marriage then we are TRULY blessed because we had an AMAZING year. We are so just blessed to be together!

| Hello from beautiful, sunny Hudson FLORIDA! Yes, thats right, we arrived here safely on Saturday the 12th and are absolutely loving it. i don't think we can say enough about how great our God is and how many things He has blessed us with lately.
It's been so exciting to be down here...we've been cleaning cabins for camp, going to the pool, breaking up our units, going to the pool, trying to get to know the students and ofcourse, going to the pool . As i sat in split devos the other night i started thinking about Nehemiah and the remnant that rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem. This class has had an intense year and many didn't make it this far but the remnant that remains is a remarkable group of young people who so desire to serve Christ this summer. How encouraging it is to be back with a group of believers dedicated to this one GREAT cause.
Please continue to be in prayer for us and the entire campus here in hudson (as well as in Schroon Lake and in the many countries Christ-honoring camps are involved in). Please also pray for us as we don't have definite jobs for the fall yet. We know God has plans, pray for us to have blind faith.

| Hey yall...
So, i'm writing to you from the freezing northeast. 55 degrees is much to cold for it to be almost May! i think another bullet update might be best. i don't have much time.
*We're in PA for the weekend to spend some time with Dennis' family before we move down to Florida. Pray for a nice slow weekend;-D
*A mere 2 weeks from right now we will be heading out of NC to WOL Florida to begin our ministry down there. Please pray that God would continue to prepare us for this ministry that lays before us. Please also pray that we are able to connect with and lead these students closer to Christ throughout our time with them.
*We also do not have definite jobs for the fall yet...if yall wanted too, you could pray that God will continue to open doors. We really feel like being with WOL is where we need to be. We've prayed about alot of different options but just feel led to be involved somewhere within this ministry.
*i was in two car accidents in the past 3 weeks. i'm okay, not injured at all but our car is in rough shape. We get it fixed this Tuesday. Alexandra and Amber Kaufman were also in a car accident. Ali fractured a bone in her neck but she is ok. Thank God for His provision.
*Look us up on Facebook. We each have one. And remember that i'm Rachel Andrews...NOT Rachel Seal. Will i forever be known as 'Seal' ??? lol
*Mom's lupus went into remission. Words don't even begin to describe how amazed i am.
*i had an amazing birthday! Dennis is the greatest husband in the entire world. Once again, i'm so thankful that God led us together and orchestrated our relationship. God has given us this amazing opportunity to be madly in love with each other and to serve him and hopefully demonstrate His principles in our marriage.
*We miss and love you all dearly. The friends that we made at the BI cannot be replaced. We hope that you are enjoying this journey of Christianity and growing to be more and more like Christ daily. | | |
