  • So I know I've been gone forever but my parents got really worried about me and I felt like I was pratically under a microscope so I gained back some weight

     

    I'm sucha a fattass. Serisouly. It's disgusting.

    So new measurements as of July 15, 2008:

    waist: 31

    hips: 38

    bust: 36

    Thigh: 23

    wow. I'm gross.

    So new diets starting tomorrow. This time, I'll just keep it hidden better. :)

    This will work.

    D-Bust- went to Father's Day dinner and binged. Not too bad like lean meats like chicken, but i had some dessert

    so I probably went over 1000 cals but definately not over 1500, and going to the gym tomorrow morning then hanging out with my best friend.

    Definately still sore from Dance Camp, constant dancing, and definately gained definition in my legs more and my arms.

    But definately still way too tired to work out. (Dancing from 7 am to 2 am with a few breaks inbetween)

    O-Snuck out like midnight last night/friday's midnight and was running around the neighborhood to avoid cops so running/walking 3 miles(250) &&& Dance practice for two hours

    I'm so tired but our maids that come twice a month are coming soon and have to change my sheets but I think I'm going to nap anyways and I dunno.....

    And I need to shower, and maybe hit the gym later if I'm not too tired. Just to weights since dance was cardio. I really want to go shopping. And ughhh I started my period so I'm bloated and I hate it because then I look even fatter than I am!!

    Ate spk cereal so I feel kinda guilty but it was all before 7 pm and I haven't eaten since, except for chewing gum and water, and I had a good work out today plus some ab stuff and guitar hero can really wear you out if you stand up and stuff!
