Why does she do it?

He told her he loved her
she believed him
He told her she was pretty
She believed him
He told her she was different and thats why he loved her
She so believed him
He said he'd visit her, once he got his license
She believed him, even dreamed it
She knows that she loves him,
She really does care
But now she starts to question
All he's ever told her
She's always believed him
And is afraid not to
But she doesn't want to be hurt
She so tries to block the road to her soft heart
He always breaks in
She can't keep him out
She knows she'll always love him,
He says he'll always love her
But this we cant confer
For they live far apart
He told her to wait,
Wait for his license
She hates to wait
But says she'll do it anyways
He told her he had to go
And she started to cry
She always gets attatched
To things that may not last
She listens to what that boy says
Wishing he will always stay
She tries her best
To believe in his words
He told ehr he loved her,
And she will always love him
