every day...500 crunches. its how i've kept up with my britney (in the slave 4 u video, not now) abs. 45 minutes eliptical. 30 squats. 50 lunges with 8 pound weights. 50 bicep curls per arm with 10 pound weights. 100 lower ab resistance ball exercises. and 50 reps with 100 pounds on the inner thigh machine.
im gunna start doing it cuz its OBVIOUSLY working for her

anyways, here's my new plan for every day. 500 crunches. 30mins elliptical. 30mins bike riding. 100 squats. 25 pushups. 50 curls with 10lb weights. these arm thingy's with 5lb weights haha. hopefully under 500-600 cals a day which seems like alot but i don't usually do a crapload of exercise. lol  |
