It's been a long winded time. And would have remained so had it not been for Cale. He brought me back. And then I promised Grayson I'd post again. So this is a post for him. And for Cale.

RRg. Im having the same problem as Em now. I try to have musica on my site but its not working. Mark tried to help me but i just can't find a site to host ANY song that I want. It is SUCH a tip. Rrg. So im kindof frusterated.
PLUS ive been needing to send some pix to a friend but my email just ISN'T sending them for some stupid reason. so taht poor friend is frusterated at me i know it cuz im taking so long.....
sigh, teh perils of Ashaline.

However, not only should we pray for laborers, but thank God for the ones that we know. I think of the Cambodia team, the DR teams, Andie in Africa, Nathan Winslow I think is going somewhere, Tiffany in NY and I know that there are many more that I know of I just can really think of them all at this secundo. So many younge people are sold out for God it awesome.

I read this yesterday in my George Muller book:

wo ladies of title traveled with me to Berlin in a hired carriage. We don know what everyone is going through in their lives. They may be like those ladies Muller told of. Let us never miss an opportunity. When God opens the doors, may we never shut them. Muller wasn quite shutting the door, just delaying the opening so to speak?o:p>

I am REALLY loving this biography. Muller relates what happens in his life, but not only that, he gives application after so many of his experiences. his is what I did, this is what you can get from it?sort of thing. It great.

Paul says in 2^nd Corinthians that we are arthen vessels? Why? What if we weren earthen? What if we were beautiful, shiny vessels? Then we would be for display. We are not made for display. We are arthen vessels? Vessels that can be USED. USED for WORK. What work? God work. God is the potter, we are the clay. May we be expendable, earthen vessels for His use.

Well I suppose I should give yall an update on the Saturday worship. It went well. It was kinda difficultostly cuz of the accompanimentut I went through. Which is good. There were 3 vocalists, drummer, conga, bass, and guitar (me). It was weird hearing no piano. But it was good. The seminar leader (Mr. Robinson) was pleased. And I hope that it was pleasing to God as wellnd most importantly. Thank you for your prayers, it went well.

WHAT COOLER THAN BEIN COOL??

ICE COLD!

Yiiah boi! I am so happy that my readers are smart people. Thanks so much to Nathan Straub and my very own Sister for their insights on my plight.

ANd guess what? This Friday and Saturday my family and I are going to a seminar. And, I will be playin guitar up there for worship. About 40 minutes of worship. Gootfun, yah? Well here the shocker: It turns out Il be leadin worship on Saturday morning!! Me?? Yes me! Pray for me, k? This wouldn be a huge deal (although it will be my first time leading a group larger than 10 peeps), except I leadin it for people that don know many songs I knowhey know hardly any HOF/PDI etc songs. So I have to stick with songs that, well, they will know (and I don know many songs that they know). Im gonna stick with songs such as: Christ alone/shine Jesus shine/come thou fount. So pray for guidance that I will pick songs they know (I need like 8 I thinkr whatever 40 min. worth is), that it will go smoothly (I don know who playin with mef anyone!) etc etc. That I wouldn be a distraction?(if I mess up badly I will distract them)) etc etc. Thanks yll. Appreciate it.

Just to illustrate how lazy I can be. I don know quite why i want to tell you all how lazy i can beut it somepin to say and I thought it was interesting. Well I was reading a book, and here a quote: ll the great religions were first preached, and long practiced, in a world without chloroform? i don know what chloroform is. my mom said it meant like smelling salts, but it doesn fit the context really we don think. mum recommended that look it up in the handy dandy dictionary. ell? i thought, he dictionary is too far away. i don feel like getting up and getting it.?so instead i looked around the room just incase it was close up. ((define close.))

ah, well. the dictionary it turns out was about 4?by 4?away from me. ell, it not close.?i said. and so i didn look up my word. and i still haven. it just too far away. i will have to stand up and I don feel like standing up. too much energy. bla.

Well that all just sounds really pathetic now that I look at it. bah humbug. that just not healthy. i go swimming and do my pushups in the mornings and I can even stand up to get a dictionary. So. I will now conquer this devilish habit of mine (of not getting dictionaries) and I will now stand up.

Now I have the dictionary. It is in my hands. Lan sakes!

Okay. Well. hloroform: a colorless volatile liquid used as a solvent and formerly as an anesthetic.?Hmm now. That brings up a more general question: why do we laugh? Well right now I think that it because we are enjoying ite think it funnyee having a good time. that why we laugh. Then why do we laugh when wee tickled? are we enjoying it? not quite. I don get it. Weird.

Arg. Now I have 2 mysteries to solve. It may take a while.

Well now. Time is flying by like dynamite. Crazy weird, yo? June is like 3 weeks away. AYEeee carumba!

I realized that I haven updated my xanga for a while. Poor guy. I don pay much attention to him anymore. Sniff. But people have been telling me that they read it and I like h you poor people.?Because I don update it much. So I just updated it with a nice quote. I don know if you all find it interesting but I sure do. I like interesting stuff cuz I am interesting!!! MUAHAHAHAHA!! Of course you already knew that. Ah well.

I really loving guitar. I ordered a cut capo Monday and it should get here like Saturday. Oh joy! Now I can use a full AND a cut AT THE SAME TIME!!! YAY!! So fun. I just can wait. I can wait til I get good at playing. Once I get good then itl be even more fun! Imagine that! More! But that Ie actually gotten this far in it is amazing. I not an extremely talented personnd when I first started guitar rhythm was like avoiding me like I was a tarantula. So that Ie gotten this far is all God. Thank you God for getting me this far. And thank you my parents for getting me the lessons. And thank you mom for getting dad the Taylor. And thank you dad for letting me use it. And thank you God again for getting me better and better every lesson?/SPAN>

But you know, there is one thing bugging me. I don know what (regular) B is on the guitar. I usually just substitute Bsus for it and that works but I would really like to know how to play a chord ? I know it in CutCapo but not regular and it really buggin me. It a popular chord you know. Sigh I guess Il just learn it whenever I remember to ask Joel.

Did yal know that it almost MAY and that means it almost JUNE??? Summer timehen the livin easy?

Well I finally finished the biography of John G. Paton. It took meow-just under a year to finish it. But I think that going slow is better for me cause if I pushed myself to go fast it would fall into the academic category. =\

First of all, for those of you who don know who this guy is (which I thinking is the majority of yll), JGP was a missionary to the New Hebrideshich is inhabited byyyy cannibals. He lived in the 18-somthingso give you a feel: he was living at the same time CH Spurgeon and George Muller was living (in fact he met them).

He tells many stories of the natives attempts to kill him (oh my and eat him)nd then how God delivered himach story is amazing.

In the end the whole island of Aniwa converted to Christianity. A GREAT example of what God says in Isaiah: my word will not return void. It might have seemed hopeless to try to do that with the entire populous of the island being people-eaters?o:p>

God still reigns.

What pops into my mind when I think of this book is, well, the above, and also, he talks of the converted natives. they were so eager to learn of how God wanted them to live. They made DRAMATIC, INTENSE, EXTREME (can find the right word? reform. It amazing. Once they accepted Jesus as their saviorhey were WANTING to do ANY change in their life for Him.

Paton describes this and then he tells of his visits to England, US, etc, his visit with many Christians there. He compares the fervent desires of the natives to please God and their reverent attitude towards Him, and then the passive/ho-hum attitudes towards God that so many White-Christians were. He called those Christians hristians who are in need of much converting still.?

He is meaning that nominal Christiansre till in need of converting?

Hmm now maybe I not explaining this well, but it challenged me. It got me to asking, What changes have I made in my life for God since my conversionince my baptism (which was last year)? What am I willing to change for God? What am I holding back from Him? Am I willing to change my whole way of living for Him?

Paton also said that the converted natives always had God in their conversations. is God in my conversations?

sheesh, hopefully you understand what I trying to say.

Anyway, it a really great book. I really enjoyed it. I wrote down some of my favorite paragraphsnes I could use for quotes/thinking of etc. That good. It a good book.

Now I am on the autobio of George Muller. Ie heard so many reports on it (good ones). This book is a longn?? Ie read all the Preface (there like 3 of them)nd I finished the introduction (which there is only one of)nd now I in the 1^st chapter. !Joy!

So. that my reading report for the day. =D
