| I feel a need to share with you that I have now reached nirvana, and will be floating around my apartment for the next few days. Sigur Ros blew my mind. If everyone in the world was able to listen to (and understand) their music it would be a much better place.

Everybody give some love... V-day yo... give some V-love...

Why is it that getting into school is always such a pain. I'm beginning to think they do it on purpose just to make themselves feel important. Good luck everyone of you college suckups. May we all live to see better days

I've decided the thing that bothers me most about the human being is its natural inclination towards selfishness. Why is it so hard to be selfless. I see it every day I work at starbucks, hundreds of people coming through the door each one completely focused on themself. How do I know this you might ask. Well, when you give them the wrong amount esspresso shots in there latte, or take too long to make it or it isn't as exta hot as they wanted it, and they are rude and indignant about it. Thats the most obvious sign that they don't give a damn about you. But the real signs are in the half hearted attempts at polite greatings, like how are you, or hows it going, when there eyes are really just looking through you. Its really just sad. Now, there are real people out there who actually do care about other people but they are few and far between. So next time you consider what to say too the tired looking waitress who forgot to refill your water why don't you suck it up and just be nice. And the next time you say "hows it going" to the person behind the counter at wendys, look them in the eye and mean it... Go ahead, don't be afraid to give without getting back...

I don't think christmas is really about Christ being born at all. And it sure as hell isn't about a fat man in a red suit flying in a sleigh. I think Christmas is our biggest chance each year to love the people around us. Unfortunately the religious people are too busy doing their chistmas services for "other people" and the non-religious people are too focused on them selves. And everybody misses the chance to get a closer conection to the people around them. So go forth and watch a Mupet Christmas Carol and you will know what to do...
