homemade mouthwash

Homemade Mouthwash!!!!

8oz cup of water

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp peppermint oil ( I like cinnamon oil)

mix well...

Swish, and spit it out. The baking soda neutralizes in your mouth, which will freshen your breath....

 

ok I was a little bored so I made a little gift box....

I take a capful of hydrogen proxide, and swish it around my mouth while I take a shower. It kills the germs, and it has whitened my teeth more than any whitening strips you can buy on the market! And it's only what, a penny a swish session??? Hugs, Tracy

yeppers, thats what I do too, but a lot of people don't like hydrogen proxide.....I don't mind it all ..I'm use too it....
