I have been doing really well with my intake lately. I have a few things this weekend that might be kind of hard. I have my grandma's birthday dinner this saturday and then my nieces christening this sunday. I know I am strong enough to make it through but I'm worried about my family and all the ...... eat something... eat something.... Ahhh! Oh well I hope you are all doing wonderfully in your goals
