I have a plan..and its going to work!!!
- 5-days a week 45-60 minutes of cardio... either running, jogging, or speed walking on the tred mill....burn atleast 600calories or more 
- breakfast: eat 1 apple for breakfast and 1 egg white (bri ng a cold bottle of water to school) *cals: 45cals
- lunch: around 3:00 eat 1 apple *cals: 20
-dinner: chicken breast or salad *cals: around 150cals

*only low fat dressing or nothing at all
* no eating after 7:00 P.M
* no juices, soda, and ofcourse no diet soda, but only drink cold water or selzter water with zero calories
* sugar free gum ONLY
