SUMMER.

Wednesday, June 06, 2007

Wow it's been a while since I've typed up anything on this. But I've not much to say.... but I'll make an attempt anyways. Finals currently in session, and graduation is on Friday-orchestra will be performing, as well as choir

Recently:
Anyways, All City came by, I ran as well as I could in the 110HH and placed 4th, not bad considering that I was trialed in at 7th place. I ran 17.7 (PR was 17.5 @ LA) at Finals.

Also, my birthday passed by awhile ago and it wasn't anything special (just as it normally is), my family and I celebrated early (as we usually do) on the Monday of the week (hey it was a holiday) by going out to eat.
The actual birthday for me was bleh, lots of confusion for moi that day, and the next few days to follow. If case you're wondering, let's just say I keep a lot of things bottled up, and my empathy doesn't help. Turns out my emotional biorhythm low point was on my b-day. Hah. Go figure.

The SAT Reasoning on Saturday was pretty easy, hopefully my scores will reflect it. 4-5 hours at school on a Saturday is something I do not need.

Day 1 of finals:
Orchsstra rehearsal for graduation,
2 videos and party in Health,
Pre-Calc final I did not study for (though i looked over stuff for about 20 minutes during lunch)

Day 2 of finals:
Finished presentations in Expos,
Partied and watched Spirited Away in Japanese (in Japanese of course)
Hung out and looked at announcers during lunch. Last pick will be fun.

I did not run at the meet today. My shins were hurtin too much from.... hurdling? Plus the Kezar track is hecka hard, so it would just make it worse. I should recover by next week. Or at least over the weekend. Instead, I cheered on people and took a bunch of pictures. And did a couple of classical conditioning experiments on people. I'll try to upload them by or over the weekend. No promises though.

Finally broke my PR's last week
110HH: 17.69
300IH: 45.47

Only running 110HH and doing HJ for All City Trials.... I need to learn to HJ again
300IH and PV spot went to seniors instead, but I'm definitely doing them next year.

I'm hoping to get 3rd at least in the 110HH.
HJ? Hopefully get into finals cause I haven't high jumped in hecka long.

I really have nothing else to say so uh.... *poofs*
