@ Cousins in southern OH, We shot off some illigal fireworks, set a few thousand tobaco plants, went swimming, played paintball, hit my cousin in the danger with a paint granade, and ate a lot of good food. Had so much fun.

Monday, May 15, 2006

2:05 (58.9, 1:06.7)

Points earned by 5 distance runners = 28

Points earned by entire track team = 113

I also just qualified to fly solo at Youngs.

Thursday, March 09, 2006

4:47 at practice says a lot

It says something like:

*Nationals in the 4x1600

*PR around 4:22

*Regionals and maybe State

Wednesday, March 08, 2006

2 Great reasons for running on The Distance Team in track.

1. 800 meter run in 2:09.80, on the second day of practice! (Nads and J-Ord had 2:08s) I definately see a 4 x 800 record in the near future.

2. Quaker Stake and Bube, all you can eat wings 9.99. I don't recomend touching the atomic wings. Me, Nate and Wess survived, but Hough and Coach Sac were down for the count (they were praying to the porcelain god).
