well not alot to say today i lost 1 pound didnt eat anything today except a diet coke and water and a apple i really want to work on my legs i hate them i see all my friends who wear size 1 jeans and they just look so pretty i hate it i want to be pretty to but my huge size 5 legs look so fat sorry i had to vent there so does any one have any workouts for legs also i hate my arms but thats for another entry ok well leave me lots of commnents also since im new please dont be shy to come to my site and leave me comments and tips or to subscribe to me

to work your leg muscles try a workout called, 6 inches, lay flat on ur back and raise ur legs to 6 inches off the ground, stay straight, hold for 30 seconds, do a couple reps of those a couple times a day, it burns but your burning fat! if you ever need tips n such leave me a comment.
