New Beginnings

so i definatly havnt wrote in this thing for a long long time but my friend brianna changed my page so i figured i should write.

I would never have imagined being where i am now a year ago. I was totally comfortable living a lukewarm life claiming to be a christian but then living a life of compromise. now i find myself doing an intership at the international house of prayer where i pray all night from midnight to 6am. which at first was terrible but now i find when i dont get that time i physically feel bad. we also have classes where we learn about the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, signs and wonders, end-times, song of solomon, israel, and living a sermon on the mount lifestyle.

so i have been really hit just on how i used to live my life. i realize that i only took the parts of the bible i like. such as no matter what i do i will be forgiven if i ask because Jesus died for all my sins. which is true but really we need to follow the whole bible the Lord asks us to give up everything to follow him to put him first in everything we do. the first commandment is love the lord your god with all your heart soul mind and strength. do you think that was just a suggestion?! i dont think so, because that would be like saying the other commandments are suggestions and i know i dont want murderers and theifs in the kingdom of heaven.

well i will write more later!

so life seems to be looking up lately (besides the fact i work at BK) but ya know its a job. I hope to get a new one soon though. so yesterday was my open house and it was pretty kool, lot of peopl showed up and it was a good time. after my open house me, my sister, steph, bri, and nick all went swimming over at my sisters house and that was really cool, who knew spinning on the tip of your toe in the water could be so much fun? .................on the way home and and nick had a good ol' talk...me and him seem to be becoming better friends which im glad he is awesome!!!! im leaving for morning star on friday it should be a pretty good time well im out of things to say

havent updated in awhile I am officially a high school graduate!!! woohoo!! my open house is on sunday everyone is welcome 2-5 at my crib. im going to MorningStar in about a week. and then cornerstone in another week!! I have a job at burger king but i would like a job doing something i accually like....

ari thanos, a time for war, the saltbox parlor, remembrance, churchill downs and an act of desperate measures.
unsure of the line-up but should be a sweet show!!

THIS SHOW IS IN MEMORY OF RICHARD!!!!
so come and make it a good one, those of you who dont know richard come anyways and represent to local scene!

we are also looking for a new building so if you want the underground to become a venue again bring extra money (if you can) to support!!!!!

this weekend has been full of compitition. i was involved in skills USA the television production program saturday i had to wake up at 4:50 to be to breakfast at 6 and then went to the compitition we had 2 hours to shoot and 2 hours to edit I felt that i did REALLY well then sunday i had to wake up at 6:50 to be at the awards ceremony at 8 on the way there i ALMOST got in the worst car accident of my life i was getting on the ON ramp at like 30 mph and i was sliding a little so i slowed down alot because im scared of falling of and when i started going around the last bit of curve my car wouldent turn so i almost hit like 3 metal poles and luckily there were no cars coming because they prolly would have hit me but finally i was able to turn and made it on the highway safely so then i go there and had to sit through 2 hours of other peoples awards in different programs. finally they announced television production awards and I dident win so that made me sad and just added to my day. my instructers watched my video and said it was REALLY good!! so i felt pretty confident but nope i dident win. so that was my weekend

this past weekend was pretty kool.........Friday I went to visions and these people from masters commission were there and they were really kool!! I made a friend.........too bad she lives in Florida......but then after I stayed over at my friend ksushas house.......Saturday night I went over to my friend Brians house and Melissa was there and we all hung out for a little bit then Jon iverson came over and we all went to the movies and saw the pacifier and that movie was surprisingly good!! it actually made me like vin diesel!! then after that I went back to Brians house and we ate some food and watched 2 of my music videos because Melissa hadn't seen them....Sunday I went to church and it was awesome this week Ethan led worship and it was a good change...he chose really good songs! and then youth group was really good I feel like I understand galations a lot more......after church I went to my grandmas to celebrate my brother Trevor and my aunts birthday and it was kool we had steaks and broccoli casserole and this really good fruit salad and later had this really good raspberry cheesecake....after that I went to the mall because I'm in great need of pants and I succeeded with my mission and I even got some socks too.....after this I went to visions for art night and we were making collage about what makes us come alive (because its the first day of spring) and yeah it was fun!! I'm glad I went!
