Walking
If you put a little oomph into it, walking is a great exercise, burning about 180 calories in 30 minutes. Adding hills, sprints or even a few minutes of jogging can increase the amount of calories you burn. Make sure you walk briskly--pretend you're trying to catch a bus--and keep you head up, back straight and swing your arms.

I haven't updated in a while. It sort of started to feel like people didn't care. I won't use school as an excuse, since I've been updating my lj (comment if you want the address).

I don't know what to say... I've been up and down for a while now. Tomorrow I'm starting a liquid fast, though. So I thought I'd post that here.

Still care? lol... I feel like I've let you all down, too. But, you know... you don't get comments for a while and it feels like no one's listening anymore.

Work it out jerk it out.

New regimend:


Daily Exercises

600 crunchers~ Take a 30 second break between every 100 crunches

300 reps with weights (each arm)~Switch arm after every 100 reps.

Walk or bike 4 and a half miles (If I can't do either, do cardio, something that gets my heart pumping, and don't stop 'till I can't go anymore.)

200 leg lifts~ Switch legs after every 100 (To do a leg lift, lie on your side and raise your leg up, then back down, so its nearly touching the other leg, then repeat.)


School starts tomorrow.
