The Biola Cinema and Media Arts department (formerly FTR, -film/tv/radio) just announced that they are going to go ahead and have the Media Conference this year, despite the fact that resources are rather tight and their finances at the moment do not provide for this endeavor. We are currently in the process of refurbishing the Production Center, and considering how much Film Equipment costs, it is easy to see how their finances must be rather slim at the moment. I just read about this and it was cool to see how they are trusting in God, seeing that He has done great things through the Media Conference in the past, and so they are going to go ahead and continue it and allow God to come through with the resources to make it happen. So if you think about it, please pray for the CMA department, and for Biola as a whole.
