| soooooo~ im still in cebu, philippines..after a week of HARD work, its time to PLAY! its thursday night and coz all the flights bak to singapore are full till saturday, we have no choice but to two extra days just to PLAY as tons of other tourists here at the Shangri-La Resort..muahahaha
it turned out that, cebu is pretty safe~ we spent the entire week visiting different resorts and hotels around the area with my colleague and director, meeting up the GMs, the tourism board, the client, the client's site (which is a BARE piece of land with rocky beach front....) yadiyadiyadi~ one interesting thing bout cebu is that...all the major destination resorts (shang and a few others) are all occupied with tons of KOREANS! its like 99% koreans in shang here..i dunno if i've come to philippines or korea! heard that this place used to be filled with japanese..and now koreans have driven them away...oh well~ anyhow..its one hell of VACATION for me! FREE vacation! with the sun, the beach, the pool, the 5 star luxury resort, and one of the best spa village in the world! speaking of which, my colleague and i had thai massage and himalayan healing stone massage there (which is paid by the company!) its sooooo good that i cant really describe anymore. the GM of shang told us that they spent like over 4 million USD on the spa village complex called "chi"..too bad they dun have their website up yet coz it just opened~

| soo...it turned out that i'll be goin to cebu, philippines next monday following a consultant doing some field work! and will stay there for the whole week....never been to that part of the planet, but my colleagues and my boss keep on scarying me that cebu is the place where tourists get kidnapped  ..so wish me luck...

| so...i seriously need to catch up with the entries..i have soooooo many pictures that i wanted to post since..march..and yet laziness always got me. Oh well~ summer has passed by super fast....i didnt feel it at the beginning but when i noticed again its already july! can't wait to go bak to taiwan~ wooohooo
i will be goin to beijing next week from wed to saturday for a conference our company holds~ it should be pretty cool..getting the chance to talk to some big ppl (hopefully i'll have the guts to do so..)...so if any of you guys happen to be in beijing (i cant think of anyone rite now...) let me know! |
