anew...

so here it is. after soo many years of empty talk, the tang family has finally MOVE-ed.

this month has been so packed with events. from exams, to a car crash, to more exams, to people, and to moving - and it's still not over. everything seems to be happening so fast, i can barely keep up.

moving was EXTREMELY difficult, but we got it done. thanks to all those who asked to help out. (Especially to John Wang!) Theres still so much work to be done though, and needs to be done fast. these next few days are gonna be REALLY busy and i'm really sorry if i don't make the outings im supposed to =/.

theres so much going through my head right now though, i can barely write it all down. i'm in a new home now, one that i'm not familiar with at all. i just went down to get a drink and hit like 5 walls in the dark. bah. it's gonna take a while to fully settle in. but i really like this home. the community is great - nice and peaceful. and the neighbours seem really cool. one of them is my macro-economics TA from school! and on top of it all, theres gorgeous track right behind the house, so i can go jogging anytime.

this post has thoughts all over the place i know. theres just so many thoughts in my head. this year marks a new beginning for a lot of things to me.

i hope i make the best of it.

the constant test...

It sure has been a while since I've last posted. Times have been busy, great, sweet and rough...the usual. My group and I have been working REALLY hard on a communications presentation that we had today. Even though we had some a few faults in the way, I thought we did great =]. I really enjoyed the course. Spending 4 months with 40 people in such a personal setting was, sweet. I made some great friends and had some amazing times.

So after all the hard work, I decided to take a break today. Take a step back...and write a post.

These last few days have been quite interesting. With so much work to be done, and even more to come, everything just seemed a bit overwhelming. But I shouldn't be complaining, I'm still here.

Yesterday morning was one of those moments where I felt my character was truly put to the test. One of those moments when everything was literally spinning out of control. I was shocked, I was scared, and I didn't know what to do. But thank God everything was alright.

I've had a lot of time to think, and reflect. Look back on what I did right/wrong, or what I could have done better. But in the end, it's all about looking forward. And through it all, my family has been incredible. I've made my goals for the coming year, and I'm ready to start reaching them.

I got an early Christmas present yesterday morning. And now, I'm ready to go.

my weekend at waterloo...

i'm not even sure how i can talk about it all, but they were definitely some good times. I haven't had so much fun in quite a while. the long weeks of school have been tough, but this weekend made it all worth it. so let's recap over whappen:

fun stuff:
- meeting up with everyone!
- fitting 6 people and lots of luggage in joe's celica
- phils
- chilling at anne's
- meeting up with pam and realizing how much of a nerd we are (didn't know if this was fun or not, but i met up with pam, so yeah..)
- having a sick breakfast at mitch's and seeing smoke cover his floor.
- fubars
- the ghetto dinner with jamie/janna
- talking with random strangers
- bumping into antina on my way back to Toronto (soO random)
- never felt so great apologizing =]

not so fun stuff:
- waiting in lines
- losing the spongebob balloon into the air. (sorry heather! =[)
-  i don't even wanna mention it
- waiting soo long for my eeL and being the last one served. (i was STARVING!)
- WALKING! (I dunno how you all do it there, but props to that)
- getting my white shoes....blackened =/
- i dunno what was worse....the annoying cricket in the wall, or rebecca's snore engine (=P)

and on top of it all, i was able to make amends for myself. this weekend was really incredible, i couldn't have asked for more. and ya, victoria TOTALLY missed out, but happy 19th to her!

but yes, i can't wait till the next time i visit again. maybe then, i'll drive up with the NEW CAR! =]

its halloween!

I can't remember the last time I went trick-or-treating. It used to be soO much fun getting FREE candy! But for some reason...it just doesn't seem so appealing anymore.

Not too much has happened lately. I've kept myself oh so busy with the exams at school and the never-ending to-do list.

But oh...I'm going up to waterLoO on the weekend of the 11th! Cause it's someone's SPECIAL weekend! I'm really looking forward to it, it should be fun.

And lastly...I need to stop falling asleep on buses - missing stops is deadly. =/
