there are two great lies that I've heard: That when you take the fruit from that tree you will not surely dieand that Jesus was a white, middle class republican and if you want to be saved you have to learn to be just like him..

singing you to shipwreck

sweet release is a bitter taste

the audience demands you stay in step;

Always stay up to your toes

so you wade through the ocean with ease

you were crystal clear

there wasn't a question

wasn't a doubt in my mind

that you had no room for me

but I persist

I cock my head to hit that wall again

and you turn your head and wash your hands of me

you are made clean

and we become nothing

we remain intertwined in some sense

but still at odds with the binds

and I'll be tied down for a while

sit yourself down, we won't leave for some time.

this year's a shipwreck

and you're singing for me to breathe the sea

yeah it feels good and clean to me
