flawless. So I think I did okay today. I'm not trying to be all "I cant believe I fucking ate 700 calories" I'm trying to be more "Atleast you did not eat those 3 candy bars you really wanted" I need to be more optimistc B- Slim fast L-Diet Pepsi, Plum, half sandwich, Special K bar S- Soup, Sugarfree cookie, chocolate, saltines D-tba Total :899 Exersise : Walking 1 1/2 miles - kinda fast - 168 I guess that might be high to the rest of you, butttt I want to atleast have 1200 calories a day. Atleast for now. I liked all your feedback on laxitives, and I guess I'm not going to use them, lol. I dont know. Hope you girls had a good day Stay strong  * I will be as skinny as her.
