yet again i am torn between doing things my own way, or going the way i know God wants me to go...

regardless of my past, regardless of my track record to become immune to the abominations i commit against my Lord, i will follow Him because i know it is best...

xanga, goodbye yet again...maybe someday i will be able to write/read/search on xanga without letting myself get too involved several hours per day.

thank You Lord, without You, i'd let myself do what is no good for me. thank You for leading me in the light, as i have asked for You to do so many times. thank You so much. I love You.

back from a bible study..

it is simply wonderful to live a life dedicated to Christ...so many just don't truly know how it is to walk in the Spirit until they are willing to give up anything and everything...i'm glad He continues to break me..the more i lose of (or deny) myself the more i gain in Him...and what could possibly be better than that?? Hallelujah!

WOW..

I've been thinking lately that God has created everything...and everything being created by Him has the ability to be sanctified...because He created it!

All words escape me...that is except for "WOW"...

Having realized this...most of my life lately has been consisting of walking in the Spirit and not fulfilling the lust of my flesh! Praise God for the oppurtunity to please Him in ALL I do! Hallelujah!

Also, it is so amazing that God has a way to teach us the righteous way to live..and we either take it in and strive or we throw it back in His face. So many times I thought I knew when I really don't know squat compared to His glorious name!

Let us not forget that Jesus Christ's priorities should be our own! All of us want what is best for us, so what is keeping us from actually wanting to do what God desires for our lives? The truth is, we want to leave our options open, as if we can justify our decisions because we know better than God. God's thoughts and ways are so far greater than our own, it is beyond comprehension!

Follow God and be blessed beyond measure! Trust in Him! He doesn't disappoint!

What is Jesus saying exactly? Obviously not every child is the benchmark of our potential as Christians, and yet Christ sets a child as the ultimate goal for us to be the greatest in the kingdom of heaven! Well, if we take the general idea of a child, instead of placing specific images in our minds of children we come in contact with, it seems to make perfect sense. The Amplified version even goes so far as to describe what the general idea of a child is.

If you can become a child unto your Father in heaven, it would be as if you were living a child's life under your earthly father's care!

God wants an intimate relationship with us! How intimate? He literally wants to spend some quality, segregated time with us alone, away from everyone and everything! The beauty of this, is that when we do this, and make a scheduled time to do so every day, we begin to enjoy it! Also, in doing so, God will reward us OPENLY! So, in essence, God will begin to reward us for doing what we enjoy doing! PRAISE GOD!

How blessed we are to know, love, accept and welcome God into our lives! Spread this blessed life!

Our actions speak louder volumes than anything else! How are we acting toward the people we want saved? Are we acting as Christ would? When Jesus seen a crowd that was in need of His power, He immediately had deep compassion for them! Is this how we act? If not, consider it to be our primary action! We will be more willing to help if we see someone in dire need of our love, acceptance and compassion! This is what Jesus seen and did, shouldn't we be the same? In a word: Yes!
