| Free iPhone... seriouslyOkay, ordinarily I hate these things. You sign up for a million offers online, and MAYBE you get something cool for free. This is not the case with this offer. Watch this video (if you are a geek like me, you'll recognize the ScreenSavers circa G4TV).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFKYVE__Mug
This is how it works:
1. Click this link:
http://www.YourFreeiPhone.com/index.php?ref=4405865
2. You sign up (you can choose Referrals or Points). I'd recommend Referrals, it's easier. 3. You complete ONE offer (I'd recommend Stamps.com, its free fast and easy. You never pay a cent and you get credit that day). 4. You get other people to sign up. For a free iPhone, you need to refer 8 people. 5. Get your free iPhone.
It's really easy. It took me 5 minutes to sign up and complete my offer. Then I sat back and waited until I got referrals. I'm currently at 5 referrals after 2 weeks. It happens that fast
Just click this link for a free iPhone: http://www.YourFreeiPhone.com/index.php?ref=4405865
Or, if you'd prefer a free iPod Classic or Touch, click this link: http://www.YourFreeVideoiPods.com/index.php?ref=4345453
Cool. Get free shit.

| AlrightSo it's been roughly 5 months since I've posted to this. Hopefully, I can get back on that. Not that I have anything all that interesting to say anyway. So, what's new?
The first semester of my junior year is half over. In fact I have midterms this week. Two on Friday, to be specific. Organic Chemistry and Criminology. I am actually enjoying the whole pre-Med thing. It's a lot of work, but I think this was the right choice. We'll see what happens when this semester is over.
This past weekend was my first speech tournament of the season. We traveled to Mankato and St. Peter, MN. I somehow managed to take 2nd in Poetry on Day One and 1st Day Two. Didn't break anything else, but I was next out in Prose on Day Two. Hopefully I can get all my stuff cleaned up and ready for the Norton at Bradley on November 3rd & 4th. I need to get to work on my speeches. Hoping to have my Crit up for that weekend.
Oh, shit. I have class in 30min and I have yet to finish my readings. Alright. Post more later.
Adieu.

| So it's been.... forever... since I last updated, and it's really late (just got off work), so I'm going to keep this short.
Where I'm At: 1) School year is almost over. Two acting presentations and 2 finals left. 2) Speech season is over. Nationals Results: AFA: Quarterfinalist Impromptu (strange, huh?) NFA: Quarterfinalist Prose Finalist Duo (with Em).... 5th in the NATION! 3) I have two new jobs (bringing the total to three) for the summer. -Server, Brocach Irish Pub -Server, Fresco Restaurant - NEW! -Tour Guide, UW-Madison - NEW! 4) I'm communicating with a woman about doing some admin for a new theatre company in Madison. 5) I'll be living in Madison this summer. 5) Oh, and a big one... I'm thinking about switching to Pre-Med.
That's about it for me right now. Any thoughts? Comments? Suggestions (especially about the Pre-Med thing)? Let me know. Alright.
Adieu.

| State ResultsMadison Takes 2nd Place in Wisconsin Collegiate Forensics Association State Tournament!
Okay, so I just got back from State. Here's the rundown.
Eau Claire won. Big surprise. But what is cool is that we were only slightly beaten. 14 points to be precise. 198 to 212. That's the equivalent of 2 breaks. Not a very big margin. It's the closest Madison has come to beating Eau Claire since... well, since the team was re-instated in 2001. We had 5 Champions (same as EC), and tied with EC in one category. But I have to give props to the UWEC team. Hil, Christine, Amy, Julie, etc (sorry but these are the first names that pop into my head). You guys ROCK. Amy and Christine: It's been a pleasure competing with/against you guys for the past two years. I wish you the best of luck for the rest of the year and with the years to come. Hil, Julie, etc.: Whether we've got 1 or 2 more years of competing with eachother left, good luck (and know that I'll be coming for you!).
Okay, so now my results:
Prose - 2nd (to Emily) Duo w/ A-L - 2nd (to Hil/Christine) Duo w/ Em - 3rd Poetry - 1st Individual Sweeps - 5th Team Sweeps - 2nd (to UWEC)
Little upset that I didn't break Drama, but shit happens right? And State is screwy as it is. I've decided to take Duo (with Em) and Poetry to the second half of the swing next weekend (in the Chicago area). Hopefully I can grab those last two quals before Districts. Then at Districts I can focus on Info, Impromptu, and... Extemp? Who knows. I might throw a POI together or something... I don't even know what is in the flights I have open. We'll have to wait and see.
And before I go, here's a shout out to my senior Duo partner, Emily. You rock. We're going to tear it up at Nationals. Let's do it...
Ok... so I'm going to take a quick nap. Then I think Reed's having a party.

| StateSo this weekend is the Wisconsin State Collegiate Forensics Tournament. We had the first round yesterday and today is round two and finals. I'm competing in Prose, Poetry, Drama, and two Duos. If your in Madison and have nothing better to do, come check it out. We're competing in Hellen C White (College Library) on Floors 4, 6, and 7. Rounds start at 8:30am and continue all day. Finals should be around 1pm.
In other news, wait... there is no other news. In fact, I should get going over there to meet up with the team. I'll try to post tonight to let you know how it's all going.
