| i ran today like shit, i played guitar today and played like shit, i sang in band pracitc today and sang like shit, school was horrible, didnt sleep well last night, not a good time....
this summer is going to be a refreshment from school but it is still going to be somewat depressing... |

| well i am the 06 state champ in the 1 and the 2mile races(an undefeated season)...i ran a 9:57 in the 2 and a 4:28 in the 1!!! both personal bests and school records....i am happy with my races but i am so very proud of all the other guys who faught it out...bill hodges and wesley miller in the 2mile!! both great guys and awsome runners, james hart and my boy will j. wright from DC and who could forget about the amazing Nathen lee (2nd place with a 4:37) in the 1mile. that kid shows up and gets to work and comes out on top!!!!
now its time to think about crosscountry again lol
