| | Fallen. In the process of receiving God's grace. Repenting, daily. Turning away from the rot that has been sitting in my heart. Slowly purging the filth that has built up. A good bible verse I read last night:
"When an unclean (evil) spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, seeking rest but finding none. Then it says, 'I will return to the person I came from.' So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order. Then the spirit finds seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they all enter the person and live there. And so that person is worse off than before. That will be the experience of this evil generation." -Matthew 12:43-45
WHAT A POWERFUL VERSE
God, please work in me today. Let your Spirit fill my heart. I know where I can walk with You, and I know I can walk with You. The invitation is for me. Please, wash away all this dirt and awaken the child You created within me. The child I am meant to be. Let me be a light to others, and though I don't have the capability to shine fully today, let me see that I am not shining fully, and not corrupt others. Please keep me near, and allow me discernment today, of what is Yours and what is of this world. I want only to please you Lord.
