February 29

Well...this xanga site is almost not in use anymore. I no longer write here regularly this couple of years. The reason why I'm finally posting an entry is because today is Feb 29 (well 3 more mins before it's over).

It's a leap year, which means it will be another 4 years before we will have Feb 29 again.

I'm writing something here, so I will have something to look back on in the next year leap.  How will I be like in the next leap year? What will I be doing then?

The previous leap year (2004), I was still a 3rd year uni student, and this leap year, I'm already a working adult. Things have changed much in these 4 years, but yet these 4 years seem to have passed by so fast. Friends lost & made. People that I have met. Lessons learned from all the experiences.

What will I be like in the next leap year in 2012? I will be 30 years old then. Oh my! I hope life will still be a happy one and even better in the next leap year. 

August '07

 Ok, so I finally got the time and discipline to sit down and write an entry. Have posted a proper entry for a long time.

The month of Aug is over, and it was a great one! August is always my favourite month, cos it's my birthday month! This Aug is a little different, cos i turned a quarter of a century old (*gasps*), and I celebrated it with a BBQ/Chalet at East Coast Park.

It was a rather last minute decision to have the BBQ and then the chalet, I had less than a week to prepare and arrange everything. Luckily I had the help of the gals like Lai Kuan, Rina, CL, and Janet! Anyway. I'm glad it turned out pretty good. Enjoyed myself that night. Had a wonderful early birthday celebration.

On my actual birthday itself, had a simple steamboat dinner in Bugis. Erm..things didn't go as plan, and I was quite affected. But the night ended on a good note still.
