  • Hi people. I'm alive.

How are you sposed to tell someone close to you about something they won't like? Especially when you're me and you have issues with disappointing people and feeling guilty beyond what's really reasonable. *sigh*

On another note, my mom's out of town and I"m watching the baby. My mom's apartment has issues with flies and I'm not entirely certain how, except that I know the rabbit cage isn't helping any. Doesn't matter if I clean the litterbox daily, all the flies in teh house camp out in that corner. Which is kinda ok since they're there and I can smack 'em really easily. And it's not like they're breeding and hatching and shit cuz I haven't found a single baby or smaller one, they're all those ginormous stupid ones.

Oh and I opened a bottle of wine last night and had a big glass of it... like really not big but you know, big enough it was more than one normal glass but I don't know that it was like a ton. Anyway it was ~really~ good. Like the best wine I've had in a looong time. And damned strong. I don't know what it is about wine, but it really gets to me. Massive amounts of giggling. I was playing on the computer too and omg that was entertaining.

    Just thought I'd share. Lol.

  • 1 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    Dash salt
    1 qt. raspberries
    2 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Toss with berries. Place mixture into a fresh or frozen pie crust shell. Top with butter and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

1 tube refrigerated ready to make biscuits
    Spaghetti sauce
    Sliced pepperoni or ham
    Grated Mozzarella cheese
    Butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter a cookie sheet. Flatten one read-to-make biscuit by stretching dough. Spread one spoonful of spaghetti sauce onto flattened biscuit. Sprinkle cheese onto the sauce and place pepperoni or slice of ham on top of cheese. Fold dough over the cheese and pepperoni filling, pressing edges together. It will look like a small dough pillow. Repeat with each ready-to-make biscuit until you have served pizza rolls. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy your pizza rolls.
