Your neck cramps when you spend 2 hours at Borders reading books, Avril says. And today she found two books rather entertaining, the boyfriend list and boy meets boy, about a girl who talks about the people on her boyfriend list who aren't really her boy-boyfriends (except boy #13) and about a boy who's gay respectively. The gay one was quite funny, despite the wrongness of the whole concept. "Two sixty-three," Noah said suddenly. "?!????" I said. That made Avril guffaw quite heartily. It wasn't a joke, though, she was just laughing at how the author's speechlessness was portrayed. Avril also needs to vacuum the family room later, which, unfortunately, is the homeground of an extremely obese grey lizard. She wonders, too, if it stole any chocolate of hers lately. Avril is also currently feeling exceedingly lame as she referrs to herself in a third-person point-of-view, but finds it rather interesting and decides to continue with it anyway. Avril finally has more than 300 songs on her zen! Whoopee, she says to herself. Not bad for a girl who has neither limewire nor cds to get music from. And all thanks to Maxine her good friend, who coincidentally inspired her to paint her toenails limegreen despite the sl meeting scheduled tomorrow. And Avril is currently listening to one of her favourite albums yet, under the iron sea by keane, but regrets to inform any reader that she has to click on the grey 'save changes' button at the bottom of the page, pause the lovely music and prepare herself to a screaming match with lizard frankenstein. |
