| so this guy kenneth lay's heart just gave out, apparently. the autopsy shows coronary artery disease, but i think he was just too sad and his heart was too heavy. facing the rest of your life in jail is not a very appealing notion.
i guess this shows that your emotions can really get the best of you. or the worst of you. life is too short to be sad or mad.
i need some chicken lomein and tofu in my life right about now.
