| FINALLY!!!!!! I can blog!!!! Of course I just said to my sister I couldn't find where to blog as my blog was messed up. Anyhow I am on the internet a bit more these days. We have been busy walking around Oxford and our little village.We have had some great weather here most days although yesterday,our day at the Zoo of course,it poored rain and got really cold here!! We still had a good time there though! Not a whole lot else to say other wise we are just getting settled in and trying to enjoy the warm weather outdoors whenever possible.I am going to try and take the kids to one of the museums this week and work on a bit of homeschool for the first time in a few months. | YO ALrighty then! I was going to update a new theme on here today but instead it sent me back to this old lavender page. Well at least it is somewhat new again. Anyhow...I am sooooo tired today and I am not sure why. Although this past week has been rough and I think I have been trying to get sick or I have a sinus infection coming on.I keep getting alot of headaches and pressure arond my eyes. I think alot of my stress is that I just want this move over with and our flight to England over with now also. I have pretty much got everything taken care of and I just want to get there ya know!?? I am not a great flyer I mean I have never been really afraid to fly just a bit nervous. I wish I wasn't flying in other words but how else would I get over the ocean?? Oh yeah I could sit on a boat for 2 weeks or so but that just isn't going to happen plus I have been sea sick a few times in the past. I am rambling aren't I!! I am really just sitting here at my computer this morning and wanting to go back to bed because I am super drained today. I had great energy yesterday too so I don't know what is up with me really!? I am..... JUST TIRED!!!!!!!!! I guess I can just be tired if I need to right???? The 4th was fun for the kids!! We went and saw fireworks and for this town I thought they did an awesome display for a change!!!!!! So I am glad they got to go see them. We hadn't been for the past few years for either a tired child reason or maybe I just couldn't be bothered for some reason...MEAN MOM!!!! But as they get older things are easier and they both do better at fighting sleep now,which isn't always a good thing for me!! They are so sweet though and miraculously they are getting along much better over the past few days compared to just a week ago. They will always have thier moments and days though as all kids/siblings do. I am taking them to a play this week at our library and then I will probably take them to the zoo at some point before we leave on our trip. It just depends on the hot as heck weather here though really!!!! I got a bit down when I saw the forecast for England over the next week,5 sraight days of rain!!!! But my husband reminded me that I can't expect alot of sun over there! Thanks alot Keith for making me really want to move back over there! At least we can actually go outside there and not be eaten alive by mosquitoes though. They attacked Belle the other night when we went out!! So I will just have to put up with all the rain and just suck it up!!!! I went out many times while living over there before in both the heavy rain and the snow so I WILL SURVIVE!! I can't wait to see London soon I am really looking forward to all the sight seeing I get to do again!!!! | | |
| Mom's brag blog...My aunt sent me a cute birthday card last week and she said,"life is what happens to you while you are making plans". This is soooooo true ya know.We have been crazy busy but in the midst of trying to work,move,and take care of my kids we had some birthday fun in June so here are some pics of my 2 cutie pies. They mean the world to me and I don't know what I would do without them!!!! They are both soooooo darn cute I love em' to pieces!!!!!!  Notice back of cake!OOOPPS!! Ignore dates!Camera problems. My sweet little 9 year old is now watching that creepy dvd above. She has always loved stuff like that.Can't tell by looking at my cute girl in pink can you!?? BTW...Annabelle designs all of her birthday cakes and they always turn out super cute!!!! And they are always homemade from either her grandmother or myself.

| My usuall quick weekend update...Not a whole lot has changed with us...still working,packing,cleaning etc...etc...etc. I am glad,although it went way too quickly,that all the June b-days are over and we can keep busy with the other things in our lives now. We only have 3 weeks now until we go and I am soooooooo grateful that I am getting out of this town. I know I will miss the States though but I just can't think about it too much right now!! I particularly want away from these darn mosquitoes here they are really starting to get bad now! It will be really nice to see my husband after these past 7 months since he was over here too. | | |
