soo... now that the tour is officially over, i will tell you about the experience!! this was my second time going and it was awesome. to those of you who didn't buy my tickets, you missed out!! my seats were head on to the stage right above the floor. holler!! kinda glad no one bought them now. lol anywhos... i didn't film any lupe fiasco cuz it was whatevs... N.E.R.D was CRAZINESS though! i'm definitely going to their show when they tour.

alright, let me just tell you a bit of the scenario. it wasn't just a concert, but it was a freakin SHOW. so his whole theme is of him on a spaceship flying through space. his spaceship lands on some planet and crashes. he opens with.... Good Morning

ya.. so all his songs tie together. he takes NO breaks. his breaks in between songs are like skits. he's talking to his spaceship and saying... where are we? we've been away for so long.. i haven't seen a woman in soo long.. i haven't had p**** in so long... and the spaceship, Jane, says, "i can help you with that." and kanye says... "what can you do? you're just a stupid spaceship." and THEN the screen turns into a woman full on in gold. he sings.. golddigger. lol sorry, no clip of that, but you get the idea.
ok so anyways... the shooting stars say they need the biggest star in the universe to help him get back home. they say... "we need you, kanye. you can glow in the dark." and then he goes to the spaceship and starts pushing all these buttons.. then the song goes into... "stronger"
he finally gets enough energy to fly back home. he performs Homecoming:
then lupe fiasco comes out and performs with him at the end.
then what was really cool was that since this was the last show of the tour, he had a freestyle speech about him being the next big thing. he says he's gonna be bigger than madonna, bigger than john lennon, bigger than anyone. he says this is not just any other rap show.... here's a clip of the end.
you don't really see this type of advertising anymore. it all started in the 1930's with pepsi, i believe. anywhos.. enough of advertising class.. i saw this the other day.
