you haven't seen me for awhile on the blog. that's right. i've been spending a lot of time keeping fit recently.
you won't imagine that the alfred shown in the pictures below (taken in october) weighed 154lbs. yes, not kidding, 154lbs. and 33" waist. that's my record high. i remember i gained so much weight right after i emigrated to canada in 1997 (probably the sashimi tasted too good). but i was only 150lbs.
now, while i'm typing this to you, i'm only 140lbs and 30" waist. i've lost 14 lbs and 3" waist in 1 month. haha, believe it or not! i'll show you pictures later. here's the method of losing diet that i practice every day and i'm glad to share with you all:
-salmon sandwich + vitasoy for breakfast
-fish balls + vegetable + low-sugar drink + a fruit box for lunch
-normal dinner, but less carbohydrates and more vegetables
-swim (breaststroke) non-stop for 30 minutes
-bike non-stop for 30-60 minutes while watching TV
-sleep for 7 hours
-drink a lot of water whenever feeling hungry.
