Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God's mercy to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God. This is your spiritual act of worship. - Romans 12:1

Happiness is like peeing your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel its true warmth.

Dododododo

I feel like I should write, but I have nothing to write about.
I guess since the last one I have started school, and the only exciting thing about that is the fact that I am a senior.
So since I have no fun things to tell you, or interesting stories about going out of the country, I'll leave you the chance to leave me a comment (maybe)...

Tomorrow is going to be a great day!

It's been a HUGE month

Thinking back over the past month, I realize I have had the most incredible opportunities set in front of me. I went to Ecuador, in South America, another continent! I went with the most amazing people on earth from 6 different states. We joined up with Ecuadorians and Chileans. I participated in a prayer that stretched over 5 cultures. I baptized two young girls with two of my new best friends. I laughed, cried, prayed, and sang more than I ever have before. I learned another language. I gave my testimony in front of people that came from no where out of the jungle. I danced like never before in the middle of the street. I was able to serve God in a way I never had before. I played with kids for hours and hours only being able to say a few things to them that they understood. I went from being shy and scared to talk to my teammates to crying on the plane home because I already missed them. I went to CIY 3 days later and continued to learn about God's mysterious plan for me. That plan that is continually being revealed to me, but still is a complete and total mystery. I went with an amazing youth group that became one by the end of the week. This month has been perfect. I would not change one thing about it. Every tear, every moment of stress, every fear was worth it.

When the oceans rise and thunder roars,
I will soar with you above the storm.
Father YOU are King over the flood.
I will be STILL and know you are God.

God has a plan for me. What I need to do is trust that he does and will show me it when I need to know it. I need to trust that no matter what situation I am in, what country I am in, or even what language I am speaking, God will be there with me.

Santo, Santo, Santo,
Santo, Santo, Santo,
Santo, Santo, Santo,
Yo quiero verte.

Ecuador was amazing to say the least. I'll write more later, but I do have one thing to say. God is the God of everyone. He is not just American or Ecuadorian. He is awesome and has control of everything, even when we don't feel in control ourselves. He is a God of action and love, not just feelings. I learned so much on this trip. It has been the most inspiring, interesting, meaningful, and exhausting trip of my life. I am happy to say that I went with some of the most amazing people in the entire world.

THE BEST IS YET TO COME

Adios Amigos!

Getting ready to leave...

I'm leaving on a jet plane, don't know when I'll be back. (Actually I get back the 26th!)
According to Nicole, I am staying there and marrying Zimbabwe.
Tomorrow at 6:55 we are taking off for Miami and then on to Ecuador.
Keep us in your prayers, plus pray that I get over being sick!

Gilmore Girls night was fun. I like staying up late and taking pictures with movie stars.

The Drive-in went well. Thanks for coming guys! I love Pirates!

Happy Birthday Nicole and Tess! Hope they are wonderful!

Have a great month everyone!
