    Cosa faccio domani?

    Allora, ho parlato con Camo al telefono. Ci vediamo domani alle 13.30/14.00. Ecco il mio plano : mi sveglio, idealmente verso le 7.30/8.00 (ma mi sembre un po' impossibile, visto l'ora alla quale mi sveglio ogni giorno ...-_-'),faccio la doccia e dopo vado a camminare un po'. Ricordiamoci che domani sarà il PRIMO GIORNO dello challenge, quindi devo iniziarlo bene. Ecco per l'esercizio fisico della giornata ^^. Ah, no, non devo dimenticare di fare gli sit-ups e push-ups. Dopo il giro, vado al supermercato comprare delle cose da mangiare con mio padre, che non abbiamo nulla nel frigo. Ironico, no, il fatto che vado a comprare cibo il primo giorno dello challenge!? Poi,vado a casa di Camo, guarderemo dei film : "Je vais bien ne t'en fais pas", "Jurassic parc" e anchè "Il ré ed io". Non posso aspettare, ho fretta di esserci, non la ho vista da tantissimo tempo!

    Devo fare attenzione a ciò che mangerò!

  • Plan

    Voici mon plan pour manger mieux et perdre du poids. Je ferai ceci jusqu'à être à 104/103 livres au moins.


    - bouger : marche, gym et faire 50 abdos par jour et 20 pompes. A partir de 105, passer à 75 ou 100 abdos et puis 25 pompes ou plus.
    - un petit-déjeuner à base de fruits et produits laitiers (yaourt) mais sans pain ni céréales.
    - une belle part de légumes aux deux principaux repas.
    - des féculents ou du pain au déjeuner ou au dîner (prendre une demi ou une tranche de pain allemand le soir après la gym et à midi quand je ne mange pas à la cantine (quand j'y mange, prendre légumes, yaourt nature et fruit).
    - du poisson ou des oeufs au déjeuner ou au dîner.
    - ne pas oublier les légumineuses (lentilles, haricots) et les champignons (ces derniers étant une très bonne source de protéines).
    - comme goûter, un fruit.

    Après, un total de deux jours (pas forcément à la suite, donc) de jeûne par mois. Lors d'un jeûne, boire du soda (sans caféine) et de l'eau et ne pas hésiter à prendre un chewing-gum! Faire un jeûne vers le 21 mars (qui est un vendredi) pour célébrer l'arrivée du printemps.
    Aller à l'église pour méditer.

    Okay, so today is February the 17th, and I'm thinking of actually writing stuff on the xanga since I'm now on this challenge, My body is my temple. I hope I'll be able to eat right (not binge) and lose weight because right now I'm at myhighest weight ever : 110 pounds and a BMI of almost 20 =(. Anyway, I'm starting the challenge tomorrow and yet today I've eaten crap because we have some guests and they brought desserts and all over. But starting tomorrow, I've got to do my best!
    Plus, if I'm thin, I'll be prettier, any clothes will look beautiful on me and I'll be better at gymnastics. (and I could actually wear shorts and not be so ashamed at myself that I won't go to the beach).
    The rules are :
    - drink lots of water (10 glasses at least) : well that one will be a bit hard, since I try not to drink much when I'm in school because therwise I always need to pee, so I guess I'll drink most of the water when I finish school in the evening.
    - take some kind of vitamine : well, that one is impossible for me, no way I'd take some pills to get vitamines, to expensive plus I just don't like the idea.
    - eat 2 fruits : well, i'll try that one for sure, as long as we actually have some fruits at home (my mom is responsible for the shopping but she isn't doing her job really well -_-' )
    - don't binge : wow, that one is hard, but that's why I joined the challenge, I binge, like, every day! So, forza!
    - don't drink alcohol : well, no prob on that one, I'm still underage =)
    - don't eat candy : well, I might not always respect that one : I sometimes take a lolly when I'm about to binge on junkfood.
    - exercize at least 30 min : well, I usually go to school by foot, so there, at least 30 minutes of "exercize"/day, twice as much if I go back home by foot too. I also have PE on mondays (2 hours, but we're gonna do volley and I hate volley) and gym (2 hours) on mondays and wednesdays. I just need to get moving during weekends. And I'll also try to do at least 50 crunches/day and 20 push-ups/day.
    - eat less than 1000 calories : well, that one's hard too ^^', but I'll try my best!
    - drink green tea : I won't do that one since I absolutely HATE green tea.

    Every rule is worth 1 point except the don't binge one (2 points). There also are some bonuspoints :
    - fast more than 24 hours : 20 points
    - fast 24 hours : 10 points
    - fast 12 hours : 5 points
    - more than 100 crunches : 2 points  <= I won't do this one right away, maybe at the beginning of april I 'll do 125 crunches a day, 'til then... ^^'
    - 100 crunches : 1 point
    - less than 500 calories intake : 2 points  <= I'll try and do this one on mondays : fruit for breakfest, vegetables for lunch (got to be careful since I eat at the school cafeteria!) and after my gym lesson, vegetables. And a fruit for before gymnastics.

    Okay, so here are the rules, and there's a weigh-in every friday. Now I'm at 110 but I'll try to be at less than 105 in a month of time. I would like to be around 100 in the beginning of april because I'll be going to Sweden with my school for a few days, and I would like to look good for myself and my country =).

    So, basically I'm a fat cow with no will-power. I was as thick as a twig when I was a kid, and then when I injured myself and was forced to stop gymnastics, I've basically gained non-stop. Last summer I was quite happy for a while, 'cause I went to the States to see my grandma and there I ate like not much at all, and didn't get the temptation to binge or anything because it wasn't my house. And since I was incredibly bored, I worked out every day for like 2 hours. The day before my flight, I was 98,9 pounds, which was super cool for me, even though I wasn't skinny, I looked thinner. And then I came back to France and ate a whole lot of shiz. Well, I've now decided to get back on track. I'm really afraid to weigh myself, but I'll do it tomorrow morning. Then, I'm gonna try to set realistic goals so that I could actually fulfill them.
