| Space, the final frontier...Dude, being an electrical engineer ROCKS! Okay, of course you need to be quite nerdy to appreciate this... And old... Today I signed up to learn all about this next great design tool, but really the reason why I signed up was to (1) get a free lunch and (2) meet the actors who play Deanna Troi and Data from Star Trek : The Next Generation. I even took a picture with them! And got their autographs!! 
Oh my gosh. The best part was that during the panel session I even stood up and asked a TNG question that's always bothered me: "What happened to Deanna Troi and Worf, cuz after TNG Worf went to DS9 and totally married Dax and like they never resolved the Troi / Worf story". This issue has always and continues to bug me... And then afterwards my friend Vivenne and I posed with a fake Capt Picard chair: 
This is about as close as I get to going to a Star Trek convention. Ha ha! This made my day big time. |
