This week has had its ups and downs....on the plus side, i lost 3 pounds. Though, i couldve lost way more if i didnt eat as much as i did. I also get paid today and its the last day of dance "boot camp" lol.

On the down side, i still have to complete 19 entries/passages from my 2 summer reading books for school. (and its due the first day of school and we have a test on it also.) the thing is, i start school next week! so looks like summer is offitially coming to an end. However, i am excited about ONE little thing that associates with school.... skipping breakfast and lunch.. it helps me soo much to not eat during the school year bc im constantly occupied with work and socializing with friends and dance.

I cant wait to lose all this weight!!!

today sucked blahh.. ill make up for it tomorrow, i promise<3

 

sooo im going to try this new thing, and usually i wouldnt make things so complicated by having rules and "points" but, im thinking its the only way to get back on track.::::::::

Rules
1. Don't eat while watching tv or on the computer.
2. Keep track of all your calories.
3. Don't eat after 8 o clock.
4. Eat under 700 a day.
5. Exercise every day.
