| my timeline of cellphone consumption in chronological order....from high tech to low tech to high tech to low tech...size-wise.....from small to big to small to big...style as well...candy bar to clamshell to candy bar...back and forth...sure i don't have the stance..... nokia 5120 was the shit...i want to use it now..its case was interchangeable and its infamous snake game...the samsung T300 was kewl because it was on telus network. where the hell was the simcard? not needed. the game flying ribbon was fun..and this was the bomb..i literally threw it everywhere, into the car, into the soccer field from half way the court, and not counting dropping it millions times. it was still working like a charm. Qtek 7070 microsoft smartphone...now i was going hi-tech. freezes like hell..slow like hell..jog dial acted funny...right meant to go down...or vice versa...Sanyo s103..first experience of 3g phone...umm not much to say....video conference...early adoptor. Sendo X...migrating to UK technology and symbian platform. again..freezes like no tmr...number pad was not responding and died off....i could never dial a new number if it did not pre-exist in the phone book and for the last 2...pccw freebies 3g...and then..another zero costing sony 3g phone...i once said i don't like sony phone...yah i am cheap...so now i am in the low tech and cheap arena... ...at least i get to see premier league video highlights...bite me

ROLE: Product Officer
DEPARTMENT: CBHK CTB, Product & Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES: - Assist Product Manager to manage the portfolio of Current / Savings Accounts (CASA) to achieve the defined business target.
- Support product development and execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide support in analyzing the business portfolio & customers behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Compile MIS report to keep track on the portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with various department to drive end-to-end process improvement and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct competitive researches and provide updated market information on banking and services.
