| UpdateHaven't updated in a while. It's summer now and school is out. Which is nice but now I'm in the midst of searching for a job, taking an on-line class, and getting ready to start an internship. God provided a place for me to stay so I could get out of the dorms, which is a really big blessing. It's right across the street from the school so I didn't get too far away, but at least I'm living in a house! I got a new phone, so if you want the number just let me know. Hope everything is going well for everyone!! | | |
| PraisesI'm on Easter break. Still at school though, I may be going to my brother's house, but I may just be staying here. It depends. So I really should be getting some work done right now, but I'm in the mood to blog. God is awesome! Within the past few days I have seen Him work wonders in the lives and hearts of people that I am very close to, and I definitely want to give Him praise for that! I also found a out last week that Joe is going to be stationed at Pope AFB. There are only two AFBs in NC, and Pope is the closest one to Piedmont. He could have basically been sent anywhere in the country, or the world even, and God let him be stationed at the closest base to my school. He's amazing! I hope everyone has a blessed Easter weekend, and remember that we have victory over death and hell because Christ conquered it when He arose! Praise God! | | |
| Good NewsI'm on spring break! And Joe just graduated on Friday, so we got to talk some yesterday. It was so nice! He'll leave Monday for tech school, so keep praying for him if God lays it on your heart. Hope everything is going well for y'all. Let me know if you have any prayer requests.

| God's working...Last Wednesday, my RA and I prayed together for my plans for spring break (which thankfully starts on Friday!), my mom, and my brothers and sister. I had been planning on going to Texas this next weekend for Joseph's graduation from Basic, but it all depended on working out the traveling plans. Then I needed to figure out where to go after that. Things fell through, and it turned out that I couldn't go to Joe's graduation, which is ok, because I have been committing it to God this whole time (thus the reason for the countdown.) However, Joe's parents, who were not going to go, are now going, so he will have someone there for him, which I am very thankful for. For spring break I am going to my friend Liz's house to hang out with her and her husband, who is also in the AF. Which is a blessing because Liz and I were really good friends in high school, and she has been rather lonely for people from up home in PA, so she's excited about me coming. Plus, I will see firsthand what a marriage is like in the AF. My mom called me on Friday, so we got to talk for the first time since the beginning of December, and she's doing well. My brother Christian got married on Friday, and so is no longer living in sin with his girlfriend and their kids, but is now a husband and a responsible father. Many other things have happened over the past week, but those are the major things. Never doubt that God answers prayer!!
