This was not caused by late sleeping hours or other reasons. I was EXHAUSTED throughout the day, forcing myself to keep my eyelids open and to not stare blankly into space.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Georgia Ref"&gt;It surprised me how much less energetic I felt as compared to when I ate a normal balanced meal, my energy was drained somehow. I did not feel like doing anything and that made my day quite a sad one.
