Hey it's nice to be back on here posting & commenting... Something (once again) triggered me- prolly the fact that it's summer and i'm srsly in need of something drastic. I lost 5 lbs in the past few days- been taking green tea pills to help (2 or 3 daily). People eat way more than they need to. You'll see that walking down a boardwalk at the beach- those stands where they sell heaps of meat, hotdogs, french fries, etc. I sailed by just on 3 rice cakes & an apple today. Then a little green salad w/ barely any dressing... It's like they think those portions are normal & they have to finish them to get full & feel good.
